Then you are simply ignoring manga right in front of you. Or are not understanding the context behind the jutsu. Haku can teleport at that speed from mirror to mirror ( in good stamina). The more he uses it the more of his speed diminished.
Mirror assault, propelling his speed to attack with no reflected mirror, does not share the same speed launch as your examples are referring to.

Coming from someone who think Haku is near light speed its a compliment. I really don't think a goofy like you grapse how fast light speed is. You could literally travel around earth 12x in 1sec. No one in Narutoverse could even go 1/12 the speed of light. That would mean traveling around the earth once in twelve seconds NO NARUTO CHAR CAN ACHIEVE THIS FEAT. So for you to say Haku can move near the speed of light is a goofy as joke boy.
Well technically from the explanation he gave it should be light speed since the speed of the reflection would be approximately light speed, but its all hype idc what he says if it was light speed sasuke and naruto would be dead before even seeing her leave the mirror

If Haku is light speed in then everyone who is faster than early pt 1 Naruto is ftl. Gai distorting space was seen as a huge speed feat. That wasn't even light speed because if you go faster than lightspeed you completely rip through time it's self.
Let's not compare Night moth speed to Haku's ever.
