Suiton, or Water Release, is one of the basic 5 element releases, it consists in technics that manipulate already existing water or create it, expeling it from the user mouth or throught outside of the body, the last being much harder. Water Release is one of the most versatile nature transformation, allowing the user to manipulate the shape and state of the water. The damage from offensive water release technics is ocasionated from the force it exerces, causing internal damage, and if the user survive and if the technic is large, can drown the opponent.
-Water is strong against Fire, because water extinguishes the fire, but if the fire is too strong, it will evaporate the water.
-Water is weak against Earth because blocks the force of the water, but if the water is more powerful, it will destroy the earth and drag it with it.
-Water can be used without a Kekkei Gekai with fire to make normal steam, which can be used in multiple ways.

Since you've never molded suiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of water (a description of water's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it without a water source.

First, Sasuke goes near the lake and he puts his hands on the water, then he thinks of waves, the sea, rivers, the lakes, the incosistent of the water, the wet feel of variety, and then he focused his chakra on the palm of his hand, touching the water, then he uses nature manipulation with a strong image of water, making it into suiton chakra, then he makes small waves on the lake.
Then he repeat the process, touching the hands on the water, Sasuke thinks of lakes, rivers, sea and ocean, waterfalls, and then he focus chakra on the palm of his hand, now he applies nature manipulation with a strong image of water, making it into suiton chakra, and then he uses the chakra with shape manipulation to make the water raise in the form of a wall.
After doing it for the second time, Sasuke felt more confident, then he again make a strong mental image of water, focus chakra on the palm of his hand, then he applies nature transformation, making it suiton chakra, then he uses this chakra with shape manipulation to make a small blast of water in the lake.
Now Sasuke take his hands out of the water, makes a even stronger mental image of water, to focus chakra in his lungs, then he uses nature transformation with a strong image of water, making suiton chakra, to then exhale it on the ground and make small waves of it.

Not bad. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, perform what looks like the tiger handseal except your left hand is raised. Then send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area, concealing your position and giving you the opportunity to attack stealthily or escape. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to mist you could exhale it from your mouth instead. Try it out.

You don't need to be touching water for the jutsu to work. A tip for whenever you use it again.

Sasuke, after hearing the instructions from his sensei, he molds raw chakra and then focus it on his hand, then he changes the raw chakra into suiton chakra, with nature transformation, he then transform the suiton chakra into the shape of a sword, to then make a condensed water that is solid, he then uses that sword to cut the training dummy into two pieces with a horizontal cut.
Sorry if it's becoming with too much details, I'm trying to show the situation the best as I can to when I'm going to battle not miss anything.

Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that theif!

For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

Sasuke quickly makes the Ram -> Tiger handseals and then he gathers raw chakra into his lungs, to then quickly convert it into suiton chakra, with nature transformation, which then he spells a stream of high viscosity chakra infused water right in front of the Peins, (I think that's what the ninjas do in the image) then he makes the water increase it's size, making a dome which traps the Peins inside it, making them unable to hit Sasuke and escape.

You got it. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Note: Requires a water source.
Next, after using the Hidden Mist jutsu, manipulate every water molecule to change their shape and reflect the natural light entering it in a way that the light spreads throughout the mist, making it blinding white within. Remember that your target must be in the mist for this technique to blind him and the effect lasts only as long as you fuel the technique. Try it out.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
Sasuke walks near the lake where the Pein is, he then focus raw chakra on his feet while transforming it into suiton chakra using nature transformation, then he infuses the suiton chakra into the water, as the suiton chakra moves throught the water, Sasuke manipulates the water with the chakra and creates four streams of chakra, he then add rotation to then while he commands then to attack the Pein, making them appear like drills, when they reach the Pein, they pierce him.
Sasuke gathers raw chakra in his lungs, he then performs the Tiger handseal but with the left hand raised, and then transforms the raw chakra into suiton chakra and then he transforms the suiton chakra into a thick, chakra infused mist which he right after exhales, covering the area around him and a Pein nearby, he then manipulates every molecule of the mist, chaging their shape to make it reflect the natural light, making the light enter and spread throught the mist, which makes white blind inside the mist, he fuels the technic for 10 seconds to then release it, making it visible again.

This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.
For this jutsu simply channel suiton chakra throughout your body and transform yourself into liquid. In liquid form you avoid taking most forms of physical damage and can move as a puddle but can't much else until you reform. Try it out, quick.
