First, Sasuke performs the Dragon -> Tiger handseals, he then gathers raw chakra and transforms it into suiton chakra, which then produces a large amount of water that levitates around him, Sasuke then applies shape manipulation to the water, turning it into a serpentine dragon-like which Sasuke them commands the dragon to command while it's mouth is open, then the dragon "eats" the Peins, making them drown inside him.

Sasuke now, gathers raw chakra in his foot, then he transforms that chakra into suiton chakra, he then slams the ground, applying the chakra to the ground at the same time he converts it into a sharp jet of water that goes piercing through the ground but also in an area outside, which them gets to the Pein to cut the Pein.

Sasuke gathers raw chakra in his lungs, he then convert it into suiton chakra, which he then compresses and then he spit it has a stream of water which then reaches the Pein, not only slaying the flames, but also damaging the Pein.

Not bad. Now i want you to perform the Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar, and Tiger handseals before sending your suiton chakra throughout the ground and extract water from it which rises into the air. You should be able to manipulate the water similarly to how Gaara controls his sand which makes this a multipurpose technique capable of defense and offense, mainly to surround and drown targets. Keep in mind that this technique won't work in rocky areas. Try it out.

Next, enter the lake and focus suiton chakra around your body. Then by releasing chakra from your body you could propel yourself through the water. The suiton chakra should also make you blend in with the water somewhat and become harder to notice. Try not to get caught.

First, Sasuke does the Tiger -> Dog -> Monkey -> Snake -> Boar -> Tiger handeals and then he puts his hand on the ground beneaf him, he then gathers raw chakra in his hand, now transforming it into suiton chakra, he then sends the suiton chakra throughout the ground to gather the water in it and make it come to the surfice, he then uses the water to almost drown a Pein that were relaxing when you weren't looking, enraged, the Pein trows kunais at Sasuke, then Sasuke again controls the water to make it stop the kunais.
"Can I use this as a water source for other jutsus?"

Sasuke enters the lake, he then gathers raw chakra around his body, then he transforms the raw chakra in suiton chakra which is being keeped released around his body, it makes he move faster underwater and at the same time makes he become more difficult to see, he then swims fast and escapes the crab.

Sasuke sees the fire and quickly gathers raw chakra in his right hand, then quickly after transforming it into suiton chakra, he then uses it to produce a powerful jet of water that goes in the direction of the fire, stopping it.

Sasuke walks to the lake nearby and then he does the Boar -> Dog -> Horse -> Tiger handseals and then he gathers raw chakra on his hands and then he transforms it into suiton chakra, then he puts his hands on the water to infuse the chakra in the water to manipulate it, he then manipulates an amount of water and then he makes it into a large spiralling stream of water that goes in the direction of the Peins and deal damage to then while also making them fall in the water.

Sasuke then gathers raw chakra in his foot and then he transforms it into suiton chakra to then infuse it in the water, Sasuke then manipulates the water with the chakra to make a whirpool that sucks a Pein that was diving near it, making him go to the deep of the lake to never come back. Muahahaha =D

Alright. Now perform the Ram, Snake, and Tiger handseals before releasing suiton chakra from your body into the sky above your target. Then convert the chakra into flammable oil, not water, in mist form. Finally, disperse it, causing oil to fall like rain and cover the area below. Find a Pein or two to try it on. Burn them for their crimes against fashion!

Sasuke first do the Ram -> Snake -> Tiger handseals and then he gathers raw chakra around his body and quickly transforming it into suiton chakra, then he releases it into the sky around a Pein nearby, Sasuke then convert the chakra into a flammable oil in gas state using shape manipulation, Sasuke then disperses it, making it rain oil around the Pein, Sasuke then gets a lighter and trow it at the Pein, making him be purged by fire.

Sasuke now performs the Boar -> Dog -> Ram handseals, Sasuke then gathers raw chakra in his hands and then transform it into suiton chakra, Sasuke then using that chakra produces a large amount of water by touching the ground, Sasuke then controlls the water to make it go in the direction of the pool, the water then fills the pool.
"There, now you can swim"

Sasuke first goes in the lake and gathers suiton chakra in his feet, then he puts the suiton chakra in the water, making the water turn into a exact same copy of him, then Sasuke turns the clone back to water and manipulate the water in it by infusing more suiton chakra and then he makes the water turn into four pointed projectiles that Sasuke then shoots at the Pein that was burning, to finish his suffering.

Sometimes jutsu are removed from the list so i have to remove them from my training without ruining the sets i have made.

Ok. Now strike your target with a combination of punches and kicks, resulting in your target being lifted into the air. Afterwards gather water chakra in your hand and swing it towards your target, releasing the chakra as a crescent shaped blade of water slashing him. Find a Pein/punching bag to try it on.

Sasuke sees a Pein and rushes towards him, he then punchs it in the chest and then on the stomach to make it be lifted in the air, while the Pein is in the air, Sasuke quickly gathers suiton chakra in the palm of his hand, he then swing it, as he swings, he release the chakra, making it crescent shaped blade that slashs the Pein.

Sasuke now gathers suiton chakra in his feet and then release it on the ground, he then controls it and put it bellow another Pein, then he makes it rise from the ground as a big pillar of water that lifts him, making it vunerable.
"Wait, I create the water out of nowhere or I transport the chakra underground?"

Sasuke quickly performs the Ram handseal and then focus suiton chakra around his right arm, creating water around it, Sasuke now thrusts his arm in the direction of the Pein and as he does that, he launchs the water that surrounded his right arm in the form of a projectile that knocks the Pein back several feet and also causing him some pain.

Not bad. Now i want you to produce a small body of water rushing toward your target with you riding on top. Once you reach your target, slash him several times with a sword. If you just want to get from A to B, just enjoy the ride and stop the technique short. There's your target.

Good enough. With this set we start the b-ranks! For the last c-rank i want you to focus suiton chakra into the air above you and condense the water vapor, converting it from gas to liquid. Then form several water projectiles and shoot them at your target. The projectiles should be launched with great speed so they can deal a good amount of physical damage. Blast some Peins around here. After that gather suiton chakra in your hand and wave it, releasing the chakra as several small water projectiles to blast them some more. It's a variation of the same jutsu.

Sasuke now gathers raw chakra in his extended palm, he then transforms it into suiton chakra, to then wave it, releasing 10 small water projectiles that blast the Peins again.

Now Sasuke first performs the Boar -> Dog -> Ram handseals and then he gather raw chakra in his hand, then transforming it into suiton chakra, Sasuke now makes a vortex originate from his hand, he launchs it in the direction of the fire and then he makes the water expand, forming a spiralling wall of water, which blocks the fire.

Sasuke gathers suiton chakra in the palm of his lifted hand, he then makes the chakra go into the air, Sasuke then makes the chakra turn into a orb of water that floats nearby him, then uses shape manipulation and changes the shape of the orb, making it into multiple sharp whips that come out of the orb in random direction, due to the number of them, they impale each Pein.

"Can this jutsu hit me aswell?"

Sasuke makes a handseal and then quickly gathers a lot of suiton chakra in his lungs and then he exhale it as a huge spinning sphere of water, which hits the crab dealing high damage and crushing him. To the second method, Sasuke again performs a handseal and gathers a lot of suiton chakra in his lungs, this time he exhales 5 smaller spiralling water spheres in a rapid succesion, this spheres are much faster than the other one, but weaker, they hit the crab, finishing him.

Sasuke does the Tiger handseal and then he gathers suiton chakra in his foot, then he stomps the ground at the same time as he releases the chakra in the form of a powerful jet of water that tears throught the ground untill it gets to the Pein, as he gets to the Pein, it crushes the boulder and the Pein.

Focus suiton chakra at a certain position and covert the chakra there into a column of spinning water before giving it the shape of a snake with its mouth wide open. You may manipulate the water snake, allowing you to move it towards your target and change its direction if you need to. Once it has reached its target it should swallow them and become a river that carries them away. Take out those guys.

For this one just send suiton chakra beneath your target and produce water that you will manipulate to rise up around your target and drown them in a sphere of water. Make sure the water is dense enough that your target will be unable to move in the sphere. There's your target.

The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

Sasuke touches the water in the lake nearby and he channel suiton chakra throught his body, making him become one with the water, making him become almost invisible, the dog doesn't see Sasuke and goes away.

Sasuke first performs the snake handseal and he gathers a large amount of suiton chakra in his lungs, he then exhales a large volume of water that to the ground that lifts him in the air, Sasuke then ride the wave that was created while the Peins fall into the water, missing the wave, to never come back.
"What's the speed of this jutsu?"

Sasuke performs the Dog handseal and then he focus suiton chakra on his head, quickly then releasing it throught the sky, into the clouds, which creates a large storm cloud which a heavy rain falls, as the water falls, Sasuke gathers it, forming a large wave that he controls to go in the direction of the Peins, which gets them on the current and drains their chakra.

Well done. Now you need to take out a sword and channel suiton chakra into it. Then simply jump into the air and stab the ground with the sword, sending the chakra through the ground around you. A pillar of water should be created that bursts up around you and would knock away whoever is near you. Try it out.
