Why all the jutsus that are supposed to increase your running speed actually is the same...
Sasuke takes the sword on his back and focus on gathering suiton chakra on his hands to then infuse it on the sword, Sasuke then jumps in the air at the same time he stabs the ground with the sword, sending the chakra throught the ground, then a water pillar is created around the sword that knocks back the Peins.
Sasuke puts his hand in front of him and focus on gathering suiton chakra on them, he then releases streams of water at the same time he spin his hands around eachother that erases the fire while also dealing damage to the Pein.
Sasuke now gathers suiton chakra on his hand, forming a orb of water in it, then he manipulate the orb to make it release 3 small streams of water that each of them go in the direction of one Pein, each stream dealing 1/3 B-rank damage to the Peins, not much, but it's quite useful against clones.
Ok. Here we begin the A ranks! ^^ For this jutsu you need to create crescent shaped blades of water around you which are controlled with hand movements. Fight these guys off.

Next, form these handseals. *gives you a long list* Then gather a large amount of water in front of you and manipulate it to form a huge vortex you direct forward. The vortex is powerful enough to uproot trees and even clear out the ground. Use water from that lake right there and take this guy out.

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

Sasuke first gathers suiton chakra on his right hand and as he does that, he makes a movement with the arm creating a semi-circuference in the air, while doing that, the controls the suiton chakra making it turn into a crescent blade of water that attack the first Pein in front of him, he then manipulates the blade of water again using his arm to make it go around him and slash the others Peins.
Sasuke first performs the Boar -> Dog -> Ram handseals and then he gather suiton chakra on his hand, then manipulating it to take the shape of a small vortex of water which he then combines with the wind rasengan the Deva Path made and then he send the combined jutsus in the direction of the fire, making themselves increase their own shape and anulating the fire.
Sasuke first walks near the lake and then he makes a long series of handseals, Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, then he gathers a large amount of suiton chakra in front of him to then manipulate it, making it take the shape of a vortex that Sasuke makes go foward, dealing high damage to the dog and destroying the forest.
Not bad. Now simply gather a large volume of water and manipulate it to crash into your target with great force. Looks like that dog isn't giving up.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.
For this jutsu force the water beneath your target to explode and launch him in the air. Then jump above him and produce a large volume of spinning water around your arm resembling a huge corkscrew. I've got a video of it too. ^^ At 1:11. Try not to hurt em too bsd.

Sasuke, already standing on the lake send suiton chakra throught the lake and then, using that chakra, manipulates a huge amount of water which he makes go arround him, and then send it crashing into the dog.
Pretty simple technique but pretty useful
Sasuke, seeing the fire, quickly does the Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger handseals and then he, already in a water source (I think), send suiton chakra to the water bellow him and then manipulate it, making it arrise around him, blocking completely the fire jutsu and it is still kept for a short time after that.
Sasuke quickly gathers suiton chakra and then infuse it in the water to then manipulate it to get bellow the crab and make it explode, launching the crab in the air, Sasuke then jumps above the crab and gather suiton chakra in his arm, to then make it into a large volume of spinning water that is directed to the crab, and then it hit him, crashing his carapace.
Eh...good enough. For this jutsu perform the Ram, Horse, and Bird handseal to manipulate water into a rapidly spinning vortex around you. It not only protects you from incoming attacks, but can be directed toward your target with enough power to knock them out. Try it on these guys.

Next, just like it's predecessor, perform the Ram handseal and spit a huge volume of water from your mouth. Of course, the amount of water and size of the waves are greater so entire areas can be quickly submerged in water. A unique feature is the ability to form all of the water into a giant orb. (Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.
Here's one of my personal favorites. Perform the Dog, Horse, Monkey, and Ram handseals to manipulate water into the form of a large wolf-like beast. It can attack enemies by shooting streams of water from its mouth or releasing torrents of water from its claws, both strong options. Try it out.

Sasuke quickly performs the Ram -> Horse -> Bird handseals and then he gathers suiton chakra, infusing it in the water, then manipulating it making it form a tornado of water around him, the tornados protect Sasuke from the kunais, then he manipulates it making it attack the Peins, leaving them uncouncious.
Sasuke, like the jutsu he done long before, this time a stronger version, performs the Ram handseal and then he gathers a large amount of suiton chakra in his lungs, then he spills a large volume of water originatted from that chakra, after spitting the huge amount of water, Sasuke focus on manipulating that huge amount of water, making it take the form of a huge semi-circle that covers a large area and drows the ox and the dogs.
Sasuke performs the Dog -> Monkey -> Horse -> Ram handseals while focusing suiton chakra to create water and then manipulate that water to form a giant wolf-like beast, then Sasuke manipulates his beast to release streams of water from his mouth and release torrents from the claws, both monsters get anulated.
Your descriptions are pretty basic. I'd like to be able to visualize the technique from that alone. Alright. Time for a final super-set with a grand total of five jutsu! I expect no less than exceptional replies. For this technique just wave your arm and manipulate water around your target into the form of a vortex lifting him inside before dispelling it with another hand gesture. Take out this slacker.

The first S rank is somewhat complex. I want you to clap your hands together before slamming them on the ground to create a large pool of water beneath your target that suddenly gushes upward and launches him into the air. Following that, many small water bullets shot from the pool should strike him as you perform the Bird, Dog, Snake, and Rat handseals causing a water dragon to form from the pool and catch your target in mid-air before sending him crashing into the ground. Pick a Pein from the roster and rough him up.

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets
Next, simply exhale a highly concentrated but still large stream of water at your target. The torrent's density grants it much more destructive power than similar water jutsu and will quickly flood the target area as it expands. Fill my pool for me. Might want to get rid of those pests too.

The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
Finally, spew from your mouth a dense torrent of water spreading wide to create a great defensive barricade. This barricade forms almost instantly, making it an ideal defense in a pinch against high level fire jutsu. Don't get roasted. Katon: Gōka Messhitsu!

When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Sasuke gathers suiton chakra in his arm and then wave it, sending the suiton chakra to the water bellow the Peins in the jacuzzi, Sasuke then manipulates the water that is with the chakra by swinging his arm, he makes the water turn into a tornado that lifts the jacuzzi and destroys it all, he then dispels the show with another hand gesture T_T::T_T::T_T:

Sasuke quickly clap his hands and then, gathering suiton chakra on them, slams the ground with both of them, then manipulating the chakra to make it create a large pool beneath the Pein, that gushes upward very quickly and then it launches the Pein into the air, Sasuke then manipulating the water also makes 5 water bullets rise upwards in the direction of the airbone Pein, piercing throught him, then to finish him off, Sasuke does the Bird -> Dog -> Snake -> Rat handseals and then he, using the water from the water bullets (like in the video), make it take the shape of a huge dragon that Sasuke makes it catch the Pein lifted in the air, to then send it in a burst to the ground with the dragon, making the Pein crash and destroying him.
Now for the next jutsu, Sasuke quickly does the Tiger handseal and then he gathers a large amount of suiton chakra in his lungs, to then compress the water that was formed by the chakra while he exhale it in the direction of the pool, because of being pressurazed, the water comes at a huge speed to cut throught the dogs almost instantly because of the pressure of the water, he then moves his head to make it cut throught all of them.
Sasuke now inhales and molds a large amount of suiton chakra in his chest and then he exhales a high concentrated, but large stream of water, because of the density of the water make it quickly pass throught the crabs carapace, piercing them and killing them, then because of the huge amount of water, it fills the pool. Now Sasuke gets a large amount of suiton chakra in his lungs and then he spew a huge amount of water from his mouth that spreads throught the land, the water instantly makes a huge barricade that completely neutralizes the fire jutsu while half of it still remains while the other was turn into steam.
