It was concerning how…dismissive Sado was in pertaining to the Kageship of the village. No refusal, no kind of retort…oh well. Mirabelle supposed Shodaime was completely done with it anyways. As her title of Tsumikage was no reinstated, she would escort Sado out of the room, as she wanted to begin her actions in a bit more of privacy. “Now then…let’s see what’s been going on lately…” she said picking up some of the papers on the desk. There are a lot of problems still going on within the country it seems, a lot of controversy concerning the national relationship with the village and it’s outer owned landmarks in Tobusekai. Even with the city of Last Bastion being brought back to life, there was still bad communication about the economic situation. “Sigh, this isn’t good…” she said as she loomed over into the direction of the village from the Kage Mansion. Tapping her finger on the desk, she wanted to try and expand even more of her territory. She would think about the possible influences she can try and pass over some of the other locations nearby. “Hmm, so this is what you been doing as a…what you call it, a Kage?” the Nibi would comment towards her.
Mirabelle shrugged within their mentally shared realm. “It’s just the nature of being a leader I suppose…but right now, I wish I didn’t have to leave the others alone in the underworld…” she said looking into the other direction of the Giant Chasm. “I wonder if the portal is still open…I just might…” she thought about it for a moment but then someone came into the room, barging into through the door. “Shodaime!” one of the men shouted, only to see he wasn’t present. It was only Mirabelle, her back to him as she was on the balcony. “Oh…sorry…Lady Nariyuki…are you…” before he could continue, she already raised her hand to pause his speech. “Yes, I have returned as Kage…now, continue” she commanded. The man nodded, as he took out a scroll and placed it on the desk.
“There has been reports of Samurai causing problems near our borders…some of them talking about being immortal or something? They have these unique eyes as well…” he said, prompting Mirabelle to gain an idea of what he’s talking about. “I think I know what you’re talking about…but to think it would spread this far already…” she said, scratching her head. She sighed, now as she approached her desk once more and took a seat. “Don’t worry…I’ve been meaning to meet with the Samurai for sometime now prior to me stepping down…but perhaps now would be the best time to establish that connection…” she said tapping her desk. “Please, prepare a squad of Jounin to accompany me. We leave in an hour” she said.
The shinobi would nod, as he prepared to find available Jounin to accompany the Tsumikage. “If we are going to fight more of these Mother Cult members up on the surface…we need as much militant forces that we can gather…so perhaps recruiting the Samurai of the Iron Pennisula to our ranks would be of some use to us…” she thought out loud. Only time will tell.
