I aim two of them in your chest and one in aimed at your clone and another aimed at your clones arms which shocks and burns the outside of your clones skin making it hard to concentrate because of the painful process thats going through your clone as the lightning bolts come in contact with your clone, the lightning when in contact with your clone begans shocking your clone and paralyzing it.*

* i began focusing my raiton chakra and run towards your clone and once i have reached the required distance i channel my raiton chakra towards both of my hands and after that i slam my hands on the ground and release the Raiton chakra on the ground aiming it towards your clones feet. The momwnt it connects with your clones feet it begans shocking its feet and continuing to the upper body and burning the outside of its body while also paralyzing it leaving your clone reeling and givign me an opportunity to knock it out*

This goes to short range and is aimed at the feet, to knock my clone off balance.
Why is it important to knock your enemy off balance in a fight?

its important because while they are off balance you can further attack them with another jutsu and follow up and they will have less time to counter because of them falling backwards and since jutsu doesnt take much time to do and falling back and getting back to your normal position will take about 2 seconds and also trying to counter will take more time so i can attack.

*i foucs my Raiton chakra and channel it towards my body and once i have enough Raiton chakra in my body i release the chakra from the pores of my skin and once it is released from my body the Raiton chakra surrounds my body and and protects it in the form on an electric field which protects me.*

well if you would come at me with your fist and your punch connects with my electric shield your fist would be electrocuted by the lightning immediately sending you back reeling in pain and paralyzing your hand. I dont think it would paralyze your whole body since its a shield i figured it would just paralyze the part it came in contact with for a few seconds.
Umm if you use water jutsu on me while i have the electric shield around me the electric shield when the water combines with it would damage me because when water and lightning mix... bad things happen.

Bad things happen = Your whole body is now electrified. o_o Burn, burn, sizzle, sizzle.
Okay, now try again, but apply more pressure to the shield.
Add more Raiton chakra upon it to make it stronger, but keep control of the lightning. When you hit this clone here, release your control upon the shield to create an explosion.

* i gather my Raiton chakra and channel it towards my body. After doing this i release the Raiton chakra from the pores of my skin and i use the Raiton chakra to make an electric shield out of lightning and it covers my body protecting me. I then run towards your clone with my electric shield active and i began focusing my Raiton chakra and when my electric shield comes in contact with my shield i release my control of the electric shield to create an explosion hitting your clone and shocking and sending your clone flying away burning the skin of your clone because of the explosion.*

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

*I focus my Suiton chakra and perform the handseals Rat → Dog → Ox and then create a whip which is made out of water and once i have done that i face your clone and use my whip and lash it towards your clone wrapping it and binding it. Once i have binded your clone with my water whip I concentrate my Raiton chakra and channel it towards my other hand which isnt holding the whip and i release the Raiton chakra and shoot out 3 bolts of lightning one after another aiming it towards the part of the whip holding you and then the first bolt of lightning shocks your skin and combines with the water increasing the shock to your body and then the other two hit you afterwards increasing the pain of the shock as they did not hit at the same time and leaves your clone useless to do anything*

If lightning and water mix then it will have more destructive power either way like Lightning combining with water or water touching lightning. If lightning and water mix the person getting hit be electrified not just by the lightning but because water and lightning mix it becomes more deadlier and so their will be more pain than the lightning if its mixed with water.

The reason they work so well together is a combination of these two increases the overall power and destruction and also the pain.

*I focus my Raiton chakra and channel it towards my left hand and began molding my Raiton chakra into a shape after i get used to it i mold my Raiton chakra and make it form into a shape of a ball. I insert more chakra into the ball to give it more power and once i am satisfied with the chakra i release the ball of electricity from my hand and direct it towards your clone and once it hits your clone the electricity spreads around your clone hitting your clone all over and shocking it from all sides*

quick question im using electricity right now not lightning because lightning would just kill in contact with my opponent right?

Lightning is the same as electricity. o_o Just Electricity is man-made but Lightning is natural.
