*i go towards the cliff and began running up the cliff and while doing this i channel my lightning chakra towards my feet and charge it which in turn(i really wanted to use that word) causes the rocks and stones to fall of the cliff and fall downwards towards your clone and because earth is weak against lightning is strong against lightning my the lightning breaks parts of the cliff easily making the rocks fall down*

umm the purpose of this jutsu would be to well stop you from attacking if im on a cliff and ur at looking at me???

umm handseals got no idea all i know is that i use them for complicated jutsu as it requires more than channeling your chakra.

And what do you think is the prime difference if your jutsu has five handseals, but your opponent has only one?

well id use a lightning jutsu to protect me from the rocks like the Electric shield would breaks the rocks before they can hit me. That or id run away from the cliff.

Oh the difference is the time it takes because handseals take more time my opponent could use a jutsu before me which requires no handseals

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

Now, proceed to position your hands in front of you like you are holding a sword. Give it a physical shape like a sword, however, let it run a bit wild, and aim those bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn at my clone, attacking multiple areas on his body.

* i put both my hands forward as if i am holding a sword and channel my Raiton chakra towards both my hands and after doing this i shape the Raiton chakra into the shape of a sword but i let the chakra flow a bit and then aim the bolts of lightning at your clone in the shape of a horn, the lightning bolts attack your clones stomach, chest and legs shocking them bringing your clone to your knees while hurting the stomach and the chest so its harder to breathe*

* I began focusing my Raiton chakra and then once i have gathered a good amount of chakra i release the Raiton chakra upwards towards the skies , once i send the Raiton chakra upwards it reaches the clouds and once the Raiton chakra comes in contact with the clouds it gives the clouds Raiton chakra and because it is my Raiton chakra after the clouds have Raiton chakra in them I have the ability to control where the lightning strikes*

Can i keep striking lightning from the top of only in one turn?

Yes, this jutsu lasts only one turn.
Now, proceed to focus upon your Lightning chakra in the sky, and draw it down so it hits the ground at areas where you wish for it to do so. Describe why controlling the skies of a battlefield is important.

* I gather my raiton chakra and then i release my Raiton chakra in the air towards the sky and once it reaches the clouds and comes in contact with the clouds it gives the clouds Raiton chakra allowing me to control where the lightning strikes and where and when i want it to strike and as the Raiton chakra is in the clouds i focus the Raiton chakra and make the clouds strike lightning on a nearby cliff and also make one cloud strike lightning on the ground*
Being able to use this jutsu by controlling the clouds is important because if i am in trouble with a jutsu i can stop that person from using it since Lightning happens instantly and also i can strike from the top where my opponent wont know where its coming from and will have to defend quickly once they realise what i am trying to do.

Well done. By controlling the grounds with an Earth jutsu, and then the skies with a Lightning jutsu, it will make it very hard for the opponent to find proper grounds to use their jutsus.

For this next jutsu, I want you to put your hands together and begin concentrating your chakra into both of them. When you have done enough, energy should begin crackling around you. Once you hear this, proceed to slam your hands upon the ground and send an electric current through it towards those trees. Once your current reaches those trees, please separate it into different tendrils (again, by maintaining and splitting your chakra) and striking them all at once.

* I first put my hands together and then i begin concentrating my Raiton chakra into both of my hands and when i am satisfied that i have enough chakra in my hands there is energy crackling around me. Once i heard the crackling of the energy i slam both of my hands on the ground and then i send an electric current towards the trees which you pointed at, Once my current has reached the trees i focus my chakra and split my Raiton chakra which separates the current into different tendrils and thus striking all of the trees at once destroying them and piercing them immediately*

* I gather my water chakra and concentrate it and when i release the water chakra i make a small lake under your clone, then once the lake is made i channel my Raiton chakra into my left hand and then place my hand on the water and send my Raiton chakra throught it which spreads around the lake in quick succession and once it reaches your clone it begans shocking your clone from the feet upwards but because your clone was standing on the lake the lightning chakra is mixed with the water and it becomes more deadlier increasing the pain and burning the skin of your clone leaving smoke to come out of your clones body once i have finished sending my Raiton chakra*

Okay, let's say both of you were standing long range from one another. Once you place your hand upon the surface of the water, how fast do you think the Lightning would travel? Think in meters.
Also, it affects the legs first so he would fall into the water after losing focus.

oh i thought it the lightning would spread across the river in a matter of seconds since the speed of lightning is well... really fast like when Homer used an electrical equipment and dropped it in the lake all the fish were killed within a second.
