well if you place two magnets next to eachother they would push eachother back because of the force so similarly if you charge lightning in both of your hands and try to put your hands together the charge of the lightning would be so immense that it would push your hands back because of the force.

* I focus my Raiton chakra and then channel it towards both of my hands, i then began to charge my Raiton chakra in both of my hands and while doing so i began to try to put my hands together but the force of the Raiton chakra is so powerful that i cannot put my hands together and the force pushes them back and once this happens i know that the Raiton chakra is charged enough and i release my Raiton chakra from both my hands and aim it at your clone and because of the power and destructive force and because i charged my chakra when it comes in contact with your clone its whole body is shocked leaving it to the point of death leaving smoke to come out from the clones body*

*i hold out my left hand and began charging my Raiton chakra and then channel it towards my left hand i then began charging my lightning chakra and once i have charged my Raiton chakra i began shaping it and in no time i then shape the Raiton chakra into the shape of a hound*

well i can create the hound out of lightning and if i have a summoning contract i can summons some hounds that look different and it would look epic!

*i hold out my left hand and began concentrating my Raiton chakra i then channel my Raiton chakra to my left hand and once i have done that i began charging my Raiton chakra even more and after doing so i began to shape the chakra into a lightning hound which i control. Once i have made a lightning hound i began controlling the hound and notice that i can use it freely and control this and use it to my advantage by blocking attack with this hound or using this to attack from the left or the right. I then control the lightning hound by moving it to the left and right while its running and it then jumps up and hits a small cliff breaking it into pieces with ease*

What about the impact it would have against an actual opponent?

well it would jump at the opponent like a hound would do and once it hits it would send the opponent back at the same time shocking my opponent but the hound isnt big enough to cover the opponents body so i think it would just hit the opponent where it just connects and wont shock the whole body just the part where it connects. it would be alot more powerful and could kill my opponent and if not then leave my opponent not capable of continuing further.

Where exactly would it hit the opponent? Think of the aspects of a hound.
It's got teeth to bite and claws to swipe.

well the hound could come in trying to bite and sink its teeth into the opponents neck or the hound could go in with its claws in front and strike the opponent with it. Like biting the opponent but then electrocuting the opponent at the same time

I then aim the spear at your clone and then i split the Raiton chakra making the spear attack your clone in the head and knee and the stomach cutting through and also shocking your clone in the process*

Well the attack could attack several parts of my opponents body i could attack my opponents hands making it hard for them to make handseals because of the pain and i could also split the spear and aim the attack at my opponents heart so i could attack various parts of my opponents body maybe even make one of them miss and hit a cliff nearby?

Very good. Keyword was "different areas of the body". It's a very strong and spear-like jutsu, so it can pierce several parts at once.

Start by focusing upon an image of yourself. Then form the Tiger handseal and send your Raiton chakra out your body to create a clone of yourself. Make sure it turns out solid and also, please be careful on how much chakra you give the clone.

yah my trainings stopped and other sempai dont reply and stuff
* i began focusing about myself and how I look and then i form the Tiger handseal with my hands and after doing so i send a small portion of my Raiton chakra out of my body creating a clone of myself and i make sure to focus my chakra so that my clone turns out to be a perfect copy of myself*
