Ulquiorra had been waiting at the training ground's for a short amount of time before people began to arrive. He found Frankenstein standing by a tree and decided to walk up next to him.
Good day, Frankenstein.
Sado walked onto the field talking a moment he looked over the new Valentine and said aloud. I don't like you.
Something about the man's appearance, and the way he carried himself seemed to almost parallel Sado's own persona. He took an exceedingly long period of time to figure out what it was, but then decided to put it aside and begin the training. He looked around at the scene around them the animals, the trees and just the tranquil ambiance before speaking. Are you able to consciously sense it yet?
Sado motioned towards the scenery with both of his hands obviously alluding to the Natural Energy all the area, the objects, and the animals gave up in trace amounts. He wasn't going to answer the question for him and expected him to be able to explain it proficiently enough to begin the genuine training.
He then looked towards the other man, he reminded him of someone but he couldn't put his finger on it. Maybe an old friend, maybe it was the paleness. He wasn't sure. Same question to you. Once you both answer go on to explain what it actually is and why you can sense it.
He then paused giving them a long period of time to answer even remaining quiet after they stopped talking.
Frankenstein had his eyes closed only to hear the sounds of incoming steps. He opened his eyes and looked at the sound source to find a familiar face, a fellow Amegakurian that recently got accepted into the clan with him. It was such an accomplishment for any Amegakurian to join this clan as they weren't only regarded as the elite, but they were considered the pride of the village. They were considered the peacemakers. Hence, it wasn't odd to see joy in them. "Hello there." - said Frankenstein as he gave Ulquiorra a decent smile that gladly greeted his cheeks.
Their moment didn't last long for someone else approached them. It was Sado, the former First Officer and one of the trusted ninjas of Amegakure. He was known for his weird jokes that Frankenstein never got to understand, but he approached the sense of humor nonetheless. It wasn't everyday that you find someone in such position that joke around casually. The first comment of his was a proof of all that for it was always the unexpected.
"I don't like you" - Sado said. Frankenstein's smile grew even more, engraving his cheeks and showing his white teeth. Frankenstein could be misunderstood as a show off or a brat, however, that wasn't the case. Sometimes he was spontaneous with his acts, and in this case it was it. Other times, he likes to fool around, but it was in fights only, so Frankenstein kept himself to the earlier.
"I can't say I haven't heard that before" - replied Frankenstein, sarcasm could be felt in his words, but so was a weak sense of humor. Maybe Frankenstein was really trying to joke around but he failed miserably and maybe that tone was really intended.
Frankenstein listened to Howard's question that left him buzzed for a second. He asked him whether he can sense the natural energy around him, animals and whatnot and the way he asked, Frankenstein could feel that he was supposed to sense it, but he couldn't. He hadn't had any sort of training that would grant him such ability, his only relation with Natural Energy was Hashirama, a close friend of his. He knew that Natural Energy were the energy residing within every single residue in the nature, but that was the limit of his knowledge. He could say no, but then it would hurt his ego and the scientific perfectionist in him. He could say no, but he didn't really know if that was even an option. It was only when his ego was beaten by his eagerness to learn how to sense natural energy, as he wasn't able to do it in the first place.
"I do know that we the clan grants us the ability to sense natural energy, however, without any prior training or anything even similar, I can't say I sense anything. I just feel the existence of the birds and the positive energy that is translated into a warm feeling, but that is about it." - said Frankenstein as the very same smile remained on his face all this time. It wasn't known if it was a pure habit of his or it really meant something, only what was known is that it was a yet another mysterious part about Frankenstein that only Frankenstein knew the reason for it.
