I was in that Toph vs Gaara thread, I noticed a lot of outrageous claims like the following:

1. despite over 20 characters saying they have no chakra left through out the series kakashi is the only one to die from chakra loss because he used chakra when he had none. Shinobi have chakra but regular citizens don't that's why they don't take part in wars or whatever. Also Kaguya genjutsu'd people in her time the result of it were the white zetsu used in the war.

well i think its just an assumption based on the fact that rinnegan is the advance version of sharingan and that most of the sharingan attacks are useless against rinnegan

But yeah i never actually seen a prove from the manga or the databook:dunno:

Everyone and their grandma claims it to be true, but not a single person has every brought the translation to back it up, so I just ignore them.
