That's your right but my question simply didn't concerned them because they aren't under-performing.I'll only comment on Italy, i don't care about the rest![]()
what are you talking about ? Haiti make a come back against the great Italian defense, and also the U-21 Strikers is playing like Torres in the last game against Norway, there is no way the can take on Netherlands in the semi's let alone Spain....That's your right but my question simply didn't concerned them because they aren't under-performing.
Fluke happens. Even Sweden came back 4-4 against Germany; but that doesn't mean Germany are under-performing or are less favorites.what are you talking about ? nah the 4-4 of Sweden and 2-2 of Haiti is not a fluke, The Germans completely stopped playing when they scored the 4th Goal and let Sweden take control, they did try to retaliate but the current is too strong,Fluke happens. well you do have a point, I've been Italy fans for years and not even once (well maybe sometimes) they give a young lad a chance in a important tournaments, they always valued experience over hype.....And personally, I won't rate the U-21 as such a focal-point. At most, the only team whose U-21 could bring quite some difference on the table in Brazil, is Netherlands.
Italy got a great U-21 team but that being said, it's going to be hard for most players to grab starting positions at WC. Verrati & Insigne at most; with Gabbiadini perhaps too. I personally don't see the National team of Italy as World-Cup favorites at all; but that being said, they made a good blend of their experienced midfield with young prospects like El-Shaa, Balotelli, Verrati ect...
For example, France got a nearly-similar strong squad like Italy; but compared to the Azzuri, they are way more under-performing.
Liverpool?!? Like seriously... Mourinho needs investments and talents to succeed. All real talent that Liverpool got, can be resumed in an outstanding striker who bites both goals and defenders, and who wants to move away to Madrid. Liverpool is a mid-tier table now.I want to see how Mourinho will do in chelsea...
Maybe he should have chosen a team like Man City or Liverpool. Chelsea has won what they always wanted, the champions league, even though it wasn't magic, they done it and it was recently!
So if Mou wins it won't be the same as if he did it for the first time in chelsea history! Training a team like Liverpool or Man City, he would uplift the teams even more, and show he is the Special and Unique One
I think i red that on goal.com3 Points....nothing more....
Japan fought like tigers ... but if history taught us anything is that Italy is cold as ice !
Well, Confed. is a prelude to WC. At most, I can say that this match prove my theory that Russia, Japan, Mexico and Columbia are going to be highly interesting underdogs - with lots of surprise packages.3 Points....nothing more....

Capello is a class apart from Mancini. Besides, Mancini is good in club domestic competitions and a complete jinx in Champions League. So, how would he could fare with an international selection is almost a complete mystery...Well Capello did have some influence with how Russia played in the past few month losing him will be a big blow for them, oh wait they can always get Mancini!!!!

Ok let see what happen now.....
Liverpool would have to take a risk and let him buy some players.Liverpool?!? Like seriously... Mourinho needs investments and talents to succeed. All real talent that Liverpool got, can be resumed in an outstanding striker who bites both goals and defenders, and who wants to move away to Madrid. Liverpool is a mid-tier table now.
As for City and Chelsea, there's no big difference. Both got world-class players and he'll get big amount to invest at both clubs. I don't think it matters to him, if the money is from Russian gas or Qatar petrol...
But Chelsea can provide something to Mourinho that City cannot - Trust! Mourinho is already a fan-favorite at Chelsea. be it among players, staffs, Chelsea hierarchy and most importantly, fans! He had already built a relation with Chelsea. If he joined City, he would have had to tread new relations all over again. City fans still love Mancini & the owners still want big results - so it's not as easy to be appreciated at City. It remains a risk.
Mourinho recently learned at RM how it's difficult to coach a club where you don't have support. I think, going to a club where he already got support and trust and don't have to earn it, was a heavy influence to his Chelsea move. Chelsea also got a winning mentality, stronger than City imo. So, overall, it was wiser to go Chelsea in all cases.
It's not a matter of what new achievements he may set. Chelsea is simply the club that can offer Mou, the best comfort right now.
Liverpool barely got a budget that could attract Mourinho. They were going to buy around 2-3 young prospects. That has now been extended to 5 young promising players as Andy Caroll's sale handed Rodgers a £42 Million transfer wallet. Iago Aspas has been signed & Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Simon Mignolet, Christian Atsu and Luis Alberto are nearly all wrapped deals since there are few contenders for their signature. Overall, an unsurprising spending by Liverpool and it's something that won't really help them contend for Champions League place. Their biggest transfer deal would be to retain Suarez, and I almost don't count on that.Liverpool would have to take a risk and let him buy some players.
And we can't compare Spanish with English supporters. Every portuguese know that the spanish don't like to see one of them that might be better than them. Look at how the media was against mourinho and ronaldo. The oppositions supporters many times call ronaldo names mentioning the fact that he is portuguese, like "portuguese mother f...."..
And winning the champions for man city would be madness, new thing, new level
But I know where you coming from, and he also missed when he was loved, he needed some love, after all the spanish hate. And will be good form him to get back in top.
And yeah, it would be his champion for the third club from also a third different country.Liverpool barely got a budget that could attract Mourinho. They were going to buy around 2-3 young prospects. Well, the bias and harshness by Spanish media on both Mou & CR7 is something that became really more than apparent with time. It wasn't always like that though but the National success of Spain over the years changed that, for the worst.
Winning the Champions League with any team remain outstanding achievement. And there's always records to be made with Chelsea. Like if he win it, it would be around another generation of players as most of his old-school players are now mostly from the past era. Also, he would be "technically" be first coach of Chelsea to win CL, since DiMatteo was only an Interim Coach when he won the CL with Chelsea. He became the coach; only after he won CL - before being fired! Last thing, if Mourinho wants to target records with Chelsea in CL, he may always try to equal Notthingam Forest (or even Man.United)'s No. of European Cups.
does Belgium count as underdogs?Well, Confed. is a prelude to WC. At most, I can say that this match prove my theory that Russia, Japan, Mexico and Columbia are going to be highly interesting underdogs - with lots of surprise packages.
That being said, I wonder how Russia would fare; if Capello were to leave for PSG.
today i heard a rumor that the guy from Arsenal (the guy with 29.9% of ownership of Arsenal, i think his name is Usmanov, smthing like that lol) would give Wenger more money for transfers if he got Rooney as well into the teamCapello is a class apart from Mancini. Besides, Mancini is good in club domestic competitions and a complete jinx in Champions League. So, how would he could fare with an international selection is almost a complete mystery...
Getting interesting but in any case, this affair will now die out a little bit since the hearing is in September.
There's the rumor that Arsenal wanna break their club-record fee for Higuain. Well, they do need a striker but I actually saw Higuain as Juventus-boundIn any case, I like this news because even if Arsene makes a big-name signing, I don't think he'll repeat it twice in same summer. So, if Higuain goes to Arsenal, might as well, conclude that Rooney isn't going to Arsenal.
