U_U As u may know, inside the droplets of rain is chakra embedded into it. I'm sure u know about chakra control but first of all wat i want u to do is make a little sphere of rain water in ur hand to show me ur control.

So the Rasemgan rotatiom should act as a basis? Meh, I'll try anyway.

I create a small rotation of rain droplets in my hand, rotating the chakra embedded in them, similar to Rasengan's chakra rotation, forming a small sphere of Rain.

Anyway, similar to the way asuma uses his chakrabto make his knives sharp, make the rain droplets like needles that can slice.

Ok, u last did rain knives so now... Make it rain nd gather the droplets into multiple fist-sized sphere

Well, I am guessing it's still raining.

Whilst the droplets are falling I use my chakra to mold them together into a spheres of water as big as my fists.

Now then, using this technique, these gathered droplets can be used as bullets but deal blunt damage. Give it a shot *makes a clone out of rain*
