uhm, something to do with clouds :/ hmm... Apparently u can manipulate rain clouds >.< so basicalllyyy draw the clouds from ze sky to ur side or w/e

Rain comes from clouds. u can use clouds apparently... So bring a portion of clone from above down to the surface
