Team 1 might win. B might outlast though.
-First off, Minato spreads his Kunai around the area in a circular fashion, so if Killer B fires off his Bijuu Dama, he can warp himself and Itachi behind Killer B, thus the Bijuu Dama soars right past them and explodes elsewhere.
-If Killer B tries to counter this by firing his Bijuu Dama at the ground so he can blow them up with the AoE, all Minato has to do is use S/T Barrier to suck them in. Same goes for his Continuous Bijuu Dama. Another counter for Bijuu Dama is Gai rushing him and kicking his chin/face/head, which would throw off the already poor aim (according to gyuki) of the Bijuu Dama. If Minato manages to suck them in, he opens his warp hole right near B and blows him up. After getting out of range of course. Not to mention that strategy is terrible since it results in B blowing himself up, either with 1 Bijuu Dama, or with 4. He can't take 4. So he'd render himself defeated along with his partner Ay, while Minato and Gai might still be able to escape by using Hiraishin to get out of range.
-Neither Minato nor Gai will have issues reacting to Ay's top speed. Minato did it in canon and Gai's reaction speed>KCM Minato>SM Minato>Base Minato. So he'll do it with ease. If he attacks, Gai demolishes him. Same with Minato. They'd both demolish Ay.
The only issue left is putting down Killer B. Gai can deal some damage with multiple Hirudora, but that won't finish him since he took his own Bijuu Dama. B might outlast since Gai can only hurt him with things like Asa Kujaku and Hirudora, which take up a lot of energy, and Minato can't hurt him at all as his firepower is piss poor.
