We don't. Given how Gaara's father used Jiton, I'm inclined to believe Gaara's own ability had little to do with Shukaku, evidenced by the fact he retained the ability to control sand after it was extracted from him.

Naruto asked Son Goku to give him his chakra, Naruto is using their abilities through their chakra. He has their abilities but only through them.

The shukaku possess the ablity to manipulate Sand and possess Jiton and Fuuton. Gaara's Sand isn't a feat of Jiton else, its just the Natural ability of the Shukaku, Gaara would have moved the Gold by its self instead of using His Sand move it.

He didn't Manipulate the gold on its own, he had to move it with his own sand while, the Fourth Kazekage moved Gold on his own with Magnet Release. What i'm saying is Does Gaara possess Magnet Release sure , Is Magnet Release the reason for his Sand Manipulate? nope

No he was hiding the gold sand to put in it into Joki boy but when it came time to seal him he made a gold pyramid I think but I have the check scans.

Its just a theory based on what I saw from the spoilers, since the attack Naruto uses is referred to as the magnet release and it looks to be regular sand. Again a theory.

The best Kazekage (still till this day), mimicked the Previous Host in the way they controlled Sand to control his Iron sand (ideally he copied the techs), But he controls all forms of Metal. Gaara can only control Regular sand. The 3rd could control all forms of metal. 3rd>>>Gaara in abilities. Gaara has had plenty of times to control other metals yet couldn't. And like someone else stated, the Shukaku himself (not gaara) may have Jiton.

Well his dad had it and his bijuu too. Quartz the main component of sand is diamagnetic.
However sand and magnet release could just have been different abilities

Magnet is Wind and Lightning if you guys are wondering. Wind and Earth would be some Gravity Release but not by some Magnetic 'Friction' hence why Magnet Release has Lightning rather than Earth.

I actually made a thread aaaages ago about this after gaaras dad displayed the same eye rings as gaara. There is two types of magnetism:

1) paramagnetism: is a form of magnetism whereby something is attracted to a source via a magnetic field. This is most similar to toroi's magnetic shuriken.

2) diamagnetism: type of magnetism which repels objects with a magnetic force. Quartz the main component of sand is diamagnetic and hence why gaara can manipulate it and make it fly through the air. He is essentially manipulating the magnetic forces that repel the sand off the ground.

Given this info it's most likely a combination of lightning and earth release in that the minerals in the ground or sand are magnetised to form the repulsion field.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Gaara's ability to control sand was from his mother not Shukaku's.

Actually it's stated that Gaara's auto-defense is the result of his mother and not Shukaku as people had previously believed.
