Gaara vs Sasuke

Sasuke could get a pardon, but in order for this to happen, he needs to:
1. Repent
2. Have Naruto seriously support him in his appeal because he is the only person left on his side.
3. Start saving people and doing things to help others.
Gaara did all of these things which are a big part of the reason that he was pardoned. In the past, he would have used the sand to kill people, now he uses it to protect them.
I think Sasuke's crimes are worst: he joined Akatsuki, killed a few ninjas, attacked the Kage Summit and ultimately he has still yet to show that he is willing to change.

But we don't know actually what happened there. Just itachi said I did. but he always says if you are living an illusion, your reality is an illusion.( sumthing like thatxd) i think he didn't kill them just acting like that for villages sake However it is not a point. The point is, if we are comparing gaara and sasuke. Yes sasuke seems like a spoiled child for gaara. His own father attempt to kill him several times. Knowing nothing about things like love, friends, family. We are comparing right? Don't understand me wrong. sasuke had his own rights too but comparing to gaara? It looks like he doesnt want to get over it in hard way, accept his past. ( what a grammar LOL)

Theyre exact opposites. Gaara was a monster who pretty much came clean and is now a very respectable person. Sasuke is somebody who was respected and loved by every1, but chose to throw his life down the tubes. Also gaara never became an international criminal. Sasuke doesn't have the excuse that he was demonically posessed.
wth sasuke is killing people for what they did to the king. they made the king suffer by killing his own family. sasuke is getting revenge for the king and the rest of the uchiha.

Dude seriously? Sure Sasuke had his rights too, but now, he's just going plain bad killing people just to test his new EMS? And sure Garaa was killing people just to feel alive, but if you can try to remember, he was possessed by Shukaku...:sy:

Dude... I mean Gaara, since he was born had been rejected and been the target of many assassinations. I'm guessing that has some kind of effect on a kid, especially when your raised influenced by murder. Naruto even said that if he didn't make friends he would have probably ended up like Gaara. Now, Gaara is repenting and is trying to be someone who protects people instead of someone who hurts them. Sasuke, after hearing the true story of Itachi, and against Itachi's will, has chosen to become a murderous villain. But then again, Kishi will either kill Sasuke or make him befriend Naruto again.

gaara gets a parden cuz the hidden sand village was run by oro ...... gaara is a tool at this time..... i bet they used gaara for killing missions only ..... its not fair the whole village get a pardon and he doesnt cuz he was good at killing ..... the village was as much to blame and the leaf allied with sand aftwards

Sasuke spent his whole childhood with a loving brother who then turned out to be an evil muth****a so he watched his own brother kill evryone he cared about then he spent yearsssssss of his life training to kill him years!!! lyk wtf den he finally kills him 2 find out his brother had to kill evryone cuz he was ordered to by the same village he had been loyal to 4 a very long period of time his brother also couldnt kill lil sasuke because he cared that much about him smh id b pissed if i killed him and spent all that time hating him and to top it off he meets one of the elders who has an arm full of sharingans showing that the uchiha were nuthing but eyes to him if dat wuldnt make yu wanna kill evrything den i dnt kno wut wuld !

Well Garaa should receive a pardon rather than Sasuke because Garaa changed, became stronger, and devoted himself to better standards and helping others. That is why he is the Kazikage. Sasuke on the other hand has no intention of changing, he wants to avenge Itachi and destroy the hidden leaf (kill everyone in it). Sasuke has past the boundary and is only getting more brutal. He feels no guilt in killing an ally and murders on his own mind set. He doesn't deserve a pardon, and frankly, he doesn't seemingly care.

Gaara. Reasoning is irrelevant, his is pardoned simply because he was able to move past his phase and Sasuke isn't.
