Stop saying he would spam edo tensei when he had only used it once in the series. It's very unlikely someone of his intelligence spams the same move over and over. And didn't he beat Gaara's father? I think he could understand a bit of Gaara's move sets

It was never shown in the manga of Oro killing the 4th Kazekage but it was stated multiple times and that's how Oro managed to disguise himself as the Kazekage when he invaded the Leaf during the Chunnin exams

Yes, that's a great battle indeed. Spontaneously I'd go with Orochimaru, although I didn't analyze it yet. Before there are some questions that need to be answered.

- Orochimaru can summon at least four huge snakes. How much damage could Gaara's sand inflict on them?
- Is Kusanagi able to pierce through Gaara's 'ultimate' defense?
- Is Orochimaru fast enough to dodge Gaara's sand attacks?
- In case Orochimaru gets burried by Gaara's sand tsunami and afterwards crushed, will his reincarnation work?
- What could Gaara do about the numbing poison Orochimaru 'carrys' in his blood?

wel...im not reeally sure about all these answers but i think when he summons the snakes...he can escape the attacks as possible...

2ndly...i dunno much about kusanagi..
n if gaara traps oro thn i thinks he wont dodge it preety well.,.
the rest i dunno...nothing really works on oro no matter how sever the attack is...he escaped the 4 tail bomb so gaara is of no qs.

...orochimaru cant break gaara's absolute defense but on the other hand orochi got hell gates....gaara can easily handle orochi's justsus but i dont fink so that orochi can handle gaara's sabuko suson....
its a tuf 1 but i vote fr gaara

That's not correct at all.Gaara use his own sealing techniques like he used against Muu and his father.Check out the naruto wiki and you will see Gaara is one of his users.He can mix sand with sealing targets too.
I think sand disadvantages are useless info. against Gaara.Remember he beat a gold sand user and a water user.These two were advantages against sand.
