"Whilst gathering your chakra I want you to perform the ram handseal and release the chakra around you, churning the air so that it forms several small tornadoes around you." Skulduggery walks over to a table and picks up a big shuriken and throws it at Penguin. "I've always wanted to use one of those."

Kisuke stands completely still and starts to get a chill from gathering chakra. This chakra was cool, swift, and sharp. When Kisuke feels like he gathered enough Fuuton chakra, he exerts it infront of him. By using chakra manipulation on the air, I make it spin very rapidly causing movement, making it a gust of wind. While doing this, I also preform the Ram hand seal, which makes the gust of wind form several small tornadoes.

This jutsu can deflect incoming objects, make opponents loose their balance, can also deep fry your opponents in firey tornadoes, and could make sticky suiton jutsu's [syrup catch field] go away.

This jutsu needs a hand seal to make the tornadoes multiply, the tornadoes get smaller.

Kisuke extends his arm and first slashes horizontally, releasing 1/3rd of the chakra. Using chakra manipulation to condense the Fuuton, while using shape manipulation to make the Fuuton a slash. Kisuke then quickly slashes diagonally, using 1/3rd of the chakra. Using chakra manipulation to condense the Fuuton, again using shape manipulation to make the Fuuton a slash. Finally, Kisuke extends his arm and slashes vertically, releasing the last portion of Fuuton chakra. Using chakra manipulation, he condenses the Fuuton chakra, and by using shape manipulation, the Fuuton becomes a slash. The boulder Kisuke was aiming for got sliced into thirds from this attack.

Advantages - This attack can cut anything. Can use it in quick succession to slash 3 different directions, making it hard for opponents to dodge. It seems this attack is pretty fast as well. It can also be used in combinations.

Disadvantages - You need to be precise. This is not a huge area of effect jutsu. This jutsu is also controlled by the users thoughts and will, which means if the user is pre-occupied by something else or has a faltering will, this jutsu will not work to full effect.

*By utilizing the shikotsumyaku bloodline trait, I can, in a sense, turn my own body into a living weapon; As instructed, I draw a sword by removing a long bone in my shoulder, recomposing and hardening it to perform as a standard blade. Weapon in hand, I channel a consistent stream of chakra through the bone before changing the nature of my chakra to be more akin to wind. Using knowledge form my previous training as a catalyst to deliver an up-to-par performance, I imagine grinding my chakra down to be as fine, and razor sharp as possible as it flows through and augments the natural strength of my bone sword. Afterwards, I grasp the bone sword with both hands and perform a vertical slash, releasing a gust of wind in the path of my swing. The gust of wind carries similar characteristics to my own sword, being thin, sharp and generally ideal for cutting. The gust intercepts the wind you sent towards Penguin2640 and myself cuts it in half, splitting it into harmless gusts.*

Advantages: You can use this technique to render wind techniques used by your opponent harmless, possibly allowing for a swift counter attack as opposed to evasion.

Disadvantages: This technique can only render Fuuton of C-Rank and below helpless, meaning that a majority of more powerful wind techniques can still bypass this one.

When Kisuke feels like he gathered enough Fuuton chakra, he starts sending the Fuuton chakra to his right hand. As the Fuuton chakra enters his right hand, Kisuke notices a weak Fuuton coming at him at high speeds. Kisuke takes his cane shaped sword from his left hand and puts it in his right hand, and infuses the Fuuton chakra in the sword. Kisuke then slashes at the gust of wind coming at him with his sword, releasing a pretty strong Fuuton that cancels out Boney-bro's.

Advantages - This is rather quick if you have a sword out, making it hard to counter. This also could give your sword more cutting power if you just keep the Fuuton chakra inside.

Disadvantages - If you don't have a sword your screwed. If you don't have it out already your screwed. If someone uses a decent Fuuton your screwed. Not into this technique to be honest.

After registering what Skullduggery had said, Kimimaro glances over at his partner. Though their meeting was abrupt and unconditional, they shared a common goal and that alone was impetus enough to cooperate. Kimimaro exhibited enthusiasm that was rather uncharacteristic of him, over zealous to observe the fruits of his hard work. It was possible that the youthful, gung-ho, bushy brow'd fellow he'd previously encountered had rubbed off on him, but it had been a while since Kimimaro knew such elation.

*Switches to first person*

*Still grasping my sword, I continue to channel a continuous stream of chakra through the bone. Just as I did previously, I alter the nature of my chakra to be more reminiscent of wind; However unlike previously, I don't concentrate so heavily on the cutting aspect of the wind, instead focusing on the 'loose' structure of wind as to manifest wind with kinetic force, capable of pushing and tossing impeding obstacles around in all its might. When I'm confident that my chakra's got just the right 'consistency,' I swing the bone sword with my lone right hand, delivering a flurry of consecutive slashes while releasing several gusts of wind in conjunction with each stroke of the sword. Coming from several different directions because of the way I swung my sword, the winds cycle around each other like a raging whirlwind. The winds propagate out into the distance, eventually harmlessly dissipating.*

Advantages: This technique can be used to knock away incoming weapons along with knocking your foe aback or in any given direction, depending on the method of release (the way/direction you slash your sword) and lead them into a follow up attack. Though most ideally, I'd say it should be used in such a way that takes advantage of the opponent's movement when they're in short range, but still out of normal sword range; This way not only will they not expect an attack (being out of sword range) but their own momentum will make it more difficult to avoid.

Disadvantages: Not sure, to be honest. I guess a disadvantage is that this technique isn't very powerful. Depending on the way this was used against me, I might just bring my body lower to the earth, cement myself to the ground by focusing chakra to my soles, endure the damage and deal an immediate counter attack (Doton jutsu).

After explaining his reasoning, Kimimaro turns his full attention back to Kisuke in the hopes of learning more from the eccentric

This technique seems cool!

When Kisuke feels like he gathered enough Fuuton chakra, he exerts the Fuuton chakra infront of him. By using chakra manipulation on the air, I make it spin very rapidly causing movement, making it a gust of wind or a cyclone full of petals. While doing this, Kisuke also preforms the Tiger → Hare → Dragon hand seals, which makes the cyclone of petals protrude even more petals!

Advantages: You can control the cyclone, which is a huge benefit. You can add as many petals as you want, which is good. As a last resort, you could use all of your chakra and completely shred your opponent to ribbons. This technique would go lovely with a Kurama bio I want to make.

Disadvantages: The petals are not lethal, and if you make enough it will become very taxing on your chakra. If you need to use this technique, it usually means you will lose or you are going for a last ditch effort win due to pouring all of your chakra in this attack.

He wasn't sure what to make of himself being so easily influenced by his past enemies, but he couldn't be troubled with such trifles at the moment.

*I begin by inhaling, taking in a deep breath and holding the air in lungs. In the meantime, I knead chakra and imbue it into the air in my lungs, changing its nature to be more reminiscent of wind. At this stage, focus particularly on the sharpness of the wind, making it out to be razor fine. Once I'm satisfied, I exhale the gathered wind in the form of a rather flat disk, coating it with a layer of regular chakra as I do so. In conjunction with releasing the wind, I perform the two required handseals in order to execute shape transformation. I manipulate the layer of regular chakra to take on the desired form - in this case a demon wind shuriken - sub-sequentially changing the shape of the wind altogether. Afterwards, the disk flies off harmlessly into the distance @_@*

Advantages: Unlike the actual Demon Wind Shuriken, which requires that you prep and unfold it, this technique just up and materializes onem skipping that whole time consuming process. Additionally, the shuriken is created with the powerful cutting abilities of wind, making it all the more efficient than the real thing.

Disadvantages: I suppose one disadvantage if this technique is that its range is somewhat limited, and I'm not sure if you can change the trajectory of the disk once its been launched.

Ok Boney!

Kisuke runs to the clown with blazing speed, mainly due to him putting chakra underneath his feet to impress his senpai. As he get's within one meter of the clone, Kisuke puts one hand on the ground and kicks the clone up in the air.

As the clone is in the air, Kisuke starts gathering Fuuton chakra, and feels cool and quick, due to the Fuuton chakra. When he gathers enough, he quits gathering the chakra and starts forming it around his free hand. As he does this, he waits until his hand cannot take anymore chakra. He then pushes he hand forward, releasing the Fuuton chakra, using chakra manipulation to make the wind thick and swift, pushing back the clone even farther.

This technique is cool because I get to use free form which I love, and it puts distance between me and my opponent after the jutsu is done. They would have no way of blocking it after getting kicked.

Some users do not like free-form, and you need a fan to use this jutsu to full effect. Without the fan, you need to get close to you opponent.

Advantages: Unlike the actual Demon Wind Shuriken, which requires that you prep and unfold it, this technique just up and materializes onem skipping that whole time consuming process. Additionally, the shuriken is created with the powerful cutting abilities of wind, making it all the more efficient than the real thing.

Disadvantages: I suppose one disadvantage if this technique is that its range is somewhat limited, and I'm not sure if you can change the trajectory of the disk once its been launched.

Kisuke runs to the clown with blazing speed, mainly due to him putting chakra underneath his feet to impress his senpai. As he get's within one meter of the clone, Kisuke puts one hand on the ground and kicks the clone up in the air.

As the clone is in the air, Kisuke starts gathering Fuuton chakra, and feels cool and quick, due to the Fuuton chakra. When he gathers enough, he quits gathering the chakra and starts forming it around his free hand. As he does this, he waits until his hand cannot take anymore chakra. He then pushes he hand forward, releasing the Fuuton chakra, using chakra manipulation to make the wind thick and swift, pushing back the clone even farther.

This technique is cool because I get to use free form which I love, and it puts distance between me and my opponent after the jutsu is done. They would have no way of blocking it after getting kicked.

Some users do not like free-form, and you need a fan to use this jutsu to full effect. Without the fan, you need to get close to you opponent.

Kisuke takes his stance, two legs straight, feet touching the ground, arms a dangling, while Kisuke takes deep breathes. Kisuke then claps his hands together and starts forming Fuuton chakra. Kisuke's green kimono starts flapping, but he feels calm, cool, quick, and collect. As he is gathering the chakra for the technique, Kisuke forms two hand seals as he reaches the desired chakra levels. The Fuuton chakra, which started forming in his mid section, it travels through his arms all the way down to Kisuke's left and right hand. Kisuke then pushes his arms forward, releasing the Fuuton chakra in his hands and immediately starts using chakra manipulation to make the Fuuton more condensed, blowing away the dummy!

This technique seems alright, a basic Fuuton. Pushes opponents back, off balance, and if someone is dropping from the air, you could use this too make them stay up in the air and land awkwardly. This could also blow away small Suiton and muddy Doton.

This technique has more bad than good in my opinion. Again I do not own a fan, so I need to preform the dreaded two hand seals. This technique has no killing power. This is easily counterable as it is straightforward, a simple Katon will make this backfire on you.

*As I did previously, I take a deep breath and hold the inhaled air in my lungs. I knead chakra and channel it to my lungs, infusing it with the inhaled air. I continue on, focusing on the loose structure of wind and the desired effects of this jutsu, using similar methods as used previously to properly employ this technique. After a short period of time has elapsed, I exhale the gathered wind in a single, powerful breath; The wind is released in the form of a powerful gust/stream of wind aimed directly at the training dummy in front of me; The force of the wind consequently sends the dummy flying away/back.*

Advantages: The description is pretty vague allowing for more potential uses, though I can't think of any specific ones off the top of my head .-.

Disadvantages: Just as it can be an advantage, because the description is so general and depending on your own wording, I imagine an opponent might be able to twist a situation in their favor if this technique is not used properly. But again, I cant think of a precise example :x
