Well like you said Tsunade, 3rd/4th Raikage (3rd moreso than the 4th), EIG and weights avoid jutsu and counter.
Here are some I found:
Samurai:
They use the Iaidō technique. It's a quick-draw sort of technique where the user quickly draws and re-sheathes there sword to combat the forming of handseals. This is due to the great speed of their technique.
Sharingan:
The sharingan tracks motions, it allows you to predict the opponent's handseals and body motions. As such you could easily counter an opponents physical attacks (assuming you can keep up with them)
Byakugan:
Same as sharingan, in addition the Jyuken makes for a very versatile fighting style.
Akimichi Clan:
Enlarging limbs would most likely surprise your opponent, and you could dish out a lot of damage with them. The food pills increase your speed exponentially.
6 paths of pain:
It's very difficult fighting 6 people at once close range for obvious reasons.
Inuzuka Clan:
Using claws and fangs can really increase the lethality of your blows.
Now, after looking at what the groups/clans/abilities can
theoretically do, look at the Jutsu list.
The Inuzuka Clan's got squat. Fang over Fang can be used to avoid techniques, but it's far from optimal. You use your Inuzuka for Genjutsu-escapes, partial sensing and quick maneuvers.
The 6 Paths are okay, but just as six bodies are hard to hit, they're also hard to defend. You spread 'em, you loose 'em.
The NB-Sharingan isn't for Taijutsu. Really. It's a cool supplement, but if you're an Uchiha, you better focus on your Genjutsu.
Akimichi's got their pills and an A-ranked attack. Approved.
Byakugan? Taijutsu? Approved.
The Samurais are tricky. Their attacks are mainly A-ranked, so be careful with enemies who fling S-ranked all over the place.
I am, however, surprised you didn't mention Sasori, Kakuzu, the Kaguya Clan or the Sage Mode ability. And what about Swift Release? Heck, what about the Nine Jinchurikis?
