Equality is a fallacy, we will never truly be equal no matter how hard we strive and it's the sad truth.

What you're thinking of is anarchy. Where there are no laws. That's not what the OP meant. It's a sense of personal freedom that isn't achievable with the way the governments have society locked down. Nothing to do with abolishing all law.

It's not the same. There are varying degrees of freedom. There is only one degree of equality... equal or not. So regulating freedom isn't bestowing absolute power as the people tend to choose a degree thst suits them. The one who bestows equality has absolute power.

What would be the ways to achieve equality? Equal for certain aspects like opportunities, rights, or status (I can't see this since the notion of hierarchy is gone)?
