"Why do you think they didn't? Because they already expressed their opinions on this in your other thread "
This is gonna sound a bit mean but, can you read and do you have eyes? "Not to mention that everyone, besides you, in this thread did not comment on the Shanks thread." Everyone in this thread DID NOT respond in the first thread. You can go and check for yourself if you don't believe me. Ryuma, Allseeing, Shon and Rikers never left any opinion on "what if Dragon kills shanks".
Oh the good ol' "to sound smart. " defense. Look, for you and anyone else who relies on that, you just make yourself look bad. If someone accuses someone else of "sounding like they're trying to be smart" that's just a reflection on the commentator. See the whole "trying to sound smart" that doesn't come from the writer that comes from the reader and what it basically shows is that the reader's typical conversation level is below the writer of the material he's reading. A writer can't help how any given reader is going to take his work, they can only choose the words they feel most comfortable using and discussing the topics they are most adept at talking through.
"Why make a thread when you can go onto others made a week before and find your answers there?"
Because people are on at different times of the day, because old threads get lost and pushed by the wayside quickly here and hunting for them isn't always practical, because some threads cover the topic you're interested in but not the issue and are confused by others as being the same thing, because you didn't see any thread already covering the issue. There's tons of reasons as to why to make a thread.
"it's a useless thread, bottom line. It's not needed."
That's your opinion that you're trying to pass as an undeniable fact, and that, sir, is the problem. You may find it unnecessary and useless and that's your perogative, but if this thread is useless and not needed where does that leave you and all the comments you wasted on it? I do believe you've given it enough validity on your own.
