We haven't really explored the other levels of the Sharingan like the movement tracking (although Im not sure if that's something that comes naturally with the development of the Sharingan), we haven't talked about the eye of hypnotism; the Sharingan's ability to read a shinobi's movement/jutsu and even copy said jutsu or the special brand of dojutsu genjutsu that comes with the Sharingan especially their juicy juicy hypnotic brand of genjutsu.

I first see several hundred ants and then I see through hundreds of ants and then there are no ants, the low level illusion cast being so easy to deduce by regular means any novice genin could deduce; the sudden gaze into the eyes of an Uchiha followed by an unpresidented amount of ants crawling upon and in him in, what can only be described as an attempt at torture or, to some like okaasan and otousan behind closed doors, a form of sexual play. Nevertheless when you activate your Sharingan and gaze into mine I instinctively look back with my own Sharingan in an attempts to impress my father to show him "hey I have them too" only to await terrible scorn and that would psychologically scar me and being an emo Uchiha would cause my blood to boil and make my Sharingan become even stronger because we Uchiha are sensitive souls that are quick to latch onto negative lash outs. This emotional scaring on my psyque should activate my third tome but I wont' press my luck. As the illusion is released your goal of making me cry through pain works, but not because of the ants but because of your harsh words that damage me and would usually make me go cry to the arms of my mother as the term goes "mama's boy" but she'd make me cry more than you so this is the lesser of three evils and I say three because she's the equivalent to 2.

He takes 8 kunais, 2 of which are marked with a small word "mizu" on the handle. Those two are on the left hand. He quickly throws the kunais in a succession, first the right hand then the left. The kunais from the right hand fly in a tight formation, aimed directly at the young uchiha's chest while the ones in the left, following closely, are dispersed, one aiming at the generic right area of the targets right arm, one for the left, one for the groin and another for the head. The timing between them is such that only a small time frame exists between both barrages.

Using my Sharingan I pay close attention to each of the weapons coming at me. Your movements are slightly slower in my visual perception allowing me to gauge the angles and effectively predict where each of them would go, as well as notice the nuances between the right handed throw and the left handed one and I'd notice the two kunai that were branded with the word Mizu heading toward my right and left. I'd take out two kunai of my own and throw them at an angle to catch the loops between the two kunai with the markings which would project them back toward your feet, landing a few meters in front of you.
As for the rest of them, instead of doing some long convoluted movement I just substitute myself with a small white rabbit I found next to an easily transportable log. Once I changed positions I got behind you to the back right side of you so you'd easily see me in your peripheral vision.

How quaint... I say a bit bored Now, regarding your tracking speed of fast movement, it falls under a broad category which I refer to as "clarity of perception". Its an ability of the Sharingan that enables you an increased perception of what you can see. You'll things that move fast more easily, you'll see smaller and more unoticeable details in a clear manner and you'll be able to use all that information in your mind to help you gauge the situation with a clarity that other ninjas cannot. Now, this isn't perfect. In your case, with 2T you are far from above errors. Your perception is still closely related to that of a regular human and there are humans like Minato that without any visual KG can have a similar perception of reality. Its a nice ability to have but one that is not exclusive to us. Now, can you tell me by how much does your 2T increase your tracking speed compared to a normal eye?

As far as I know, in terms of technicality and speed chart blah blah blah, unless that has changed (which I think it has recently) 2x my base speed which would be 16 since I'm an unofficial Sage. But if somebody with a green name and a name title which just so happens to have a link to the ocular senses ironically enough would...you know what nvm. I have x2 track speed which is essentially the same as any other basic sensor (sound, sensory, clan abilities, etc).

It's not in fact the abillity to constantly be able to move 2x your natural speed. It's purely what one's eyes can keep track of and, by rule of the hand is quicker than the eye, the ability to react to movements happening within that range you're able to see. Meaning a defensive response to your opponents actions that travel less than or equal to what you're qualified to. Am I right?
