[Suiton] Finally some training

I promise, I didn't try to blow up the stadium. Honestly. These things just...happen to me. Life of a demigod.

See, when the battle started, things were going good and were controllable for the most part. I didn't have to stress myself to much nor was it too easy, just the perfect pace. Like riding in Apollo's chariot at sunrise, bringing light to everyone, you know? I turned my body into water, channeling the restless power of the sea, as I rushed forward and created a water dragon from it. Apparently this dragon didn't like being bothered because he hit the rising earth with great force, trying to break through it with a single hit. As the water splashed around, I did with I knew best, drew my trusty pen out of my pocket and continued rushing forward.

I began to look around, hoping the Gods were watching the battle. It's been a while since I outdid Ares, might as well make the next time out all.

As the dumb guy waved his hand creating a blade of water, I created a single seal, and expelled a massive burst of water, infusing the water with lightning. Yeah, the Gods blessed me with Yin/Yang powers. Just the normal life of a demigod, no big deal.

As the lighting enhanced water traveled, I knew I had to act fast, seeing as Hades would likely take favor on the noob and mess with the earth (at least I hoped it was Hades and not Gaia herself).

Channeling large amounts of water chakra, I create 3 massive waves of water to arise from below from the previous water dragon jutsus I used. These waves spiral around before converging on the boy's chest, aiming to break it with it's might, a true testament to the water tribe demigods of water water style chakra >_>'.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique

Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

(Suiton: Mizu Oshi) - Water Style: Extreme Pressure

Description: The Ninja uses water chakra to manipulate a large amount of water. The water then surrounds the ninja which will then collide at the target in the form of 3 streams. The 3 streams for focus on the targets largest body part applying extreme pressure that can break bones. A large water source is needed to cast this jutsu.
Note: Only Musasibou can teach this move.
Note: This move is only usable 3 times a battle and the user must have a water source.

As Ryu lands on the ground, he watches as his sensei easily overpowers his attacks and with his senseis attacks continuing towards him, he thinks carefully before deciding what to do, he suddenly releases his Doton chakra into the ground below him, allowing him to change the earth into fine sand which he starts digging through(I doubt you be able to see me doing this since the water would block your vision ), allowing him to avoid being hit by an electric stream of water, while still underground and moving towards his desired location. As Ryu emerges unnoticed from the ground behind his sensei(10 meters), he sees 3 large streams of water about to smash into his previous location and thinks to himself "his attacks are getting more and more dangerous, I need to be more careful"

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

As the 3 streams of water converge on his previous location and with his sensei distracted. Ryu takes in a deep breath and gathers a large amount of Suiton chakra in his chest before releasing it through his mouth as a concentrated stream of water aimed at his senseis back(top half of your body which is formed ) aiming to break his back as the streams of water smash into the ground where he was standing

I doubt that going to kill this super nerd, maybe I should bring him a girlfriend instead since I'm almost certain he can't get 1, maybe then he will stop trying to break my bones O_O

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

My analysis of the jutsu

Well this should be a very fast jutsu considering it requires no hand seals and it says in the description that it can fill up a large area with water pretty quickly which suggests the jutsu is quick and it can also reach up to any range. The power of the jutsu is also pretty cool seeing as the water is extremely concentrated, enabling it to break through most things in front of it and altering the terrain while also leaving behind a water source that you could possibly use for future techniques. It is however a streaming jutsu which means you have to constantly send chakra into the jutsu to maintain it, meaning you could be open to attacks from the side or above. Overall a very powerful jutsu and quick to perform

As I release the water to crush the fool, I suddenly hear the sound of rushing water, and look over my shoulder to see massive amounts of water incoming. How dumb. Yeah, give the water demigod MORE water to use. As the water nears me and is close to striking, I allow my back and upper body to turn into water, passing through me but of course the fool would think otherwise.

(Suiton: Suika no Jutsu) – Water Release: Hydrification technique

Description: This technique allows the user to liquefy the whole body at will, this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they turn into a jelly-like state. As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques. The Second Mizukage when using this technique has a more oily state allowing it to into Gaara's sand element and nullify the techniques. (this oily ability can only be used by the Second Mizukage).
Note: Can only be used by members of the Hozuki Clan.

As the water passes through Percy, I solidify my hands to form a single seal, causing water to burst up under this guy as it encloses around him, suffocating. But oh I'm much sneakier than that. See, I already know he will try to immediately counter doing something stupid. We'll show him who's stupid....wait, that came out wrong. We'll show him who's stupider! Shit, that's no better. He's going to get it now! There we go. As the water forms, I call on the power of Poseidon and cause the water to forcibly explode, causing mass damage to the guy.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

(Mizu Bakuha) - Water Release: Water Explosion

Descriptions: With just one seal, the user can make any water substance and water source explode in a huge blast. This just can be mixed with other water jutsu, even water clone jutsu.
-Note once used the jutsu the water will be still there, it won’t disappear, it will only be scattered everywhere. The larger the source of water the greater the damage.
- Once used, no S-rank jutsus next turn
- Used twice, no S rank or A rank jutsu next turn

As Ryu is releasing the stream of water, he suddenly feels the ground beneath him start rumbling, he immediately stops the stream of water and releases his Doton chakra into the earth below him to create a pillar that quickly launches him forward just in the nick of time as the water burst out from the ground, destroying the pillar with ease. As Ryu looks at his sensei, he suddenly hears a loud noise, he turns back to see that the water had exploded " he tried to blow me up, baka this was supposed to be a test ".

Remembering all his close calls so far, Ryu began to wonder if his sensei really wanted to kill him, his expression changed from a confused expression to a determined 1 I rather not take any more chances, hopefully I survive long enough to be able to show people what I have learned". Ryu gathers a large amount of Doton chakra into his hands and slams them on the ground, lowering the area(6 meters all around) 20 meters below the level of the ground he stood on.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

With his sensei 20 meters below him, Ryu walks towards the hole in the ground while gathering a large amount of Doton chakra into his stomach, he then releases it from his mouth into the lowered section of earth as an earthy substance that forms into a slab of rock that is just the right size to fit into the the gap which would crush his sensei if it landed on him

Description: The user will knead their earth chakra into their stomach and then release from their mouth earthly material that then forms into a large slab of rock, that can travel with incredible force. On impact with the ground the slab forces the earth to splinter and jab anyone caught in the vicinity.

Ryu takes a few steps back as if he expected his sensei to easily escape his move and waited for him to emerge once again "I wonder if senpai is still around, he probably wandered off somewhere O_O"

What good is a test if it's not life threatening? Roku taught me that. Bastard kicked me off a mountain during my genin days.

I was pissed. Man, I just tried to kill this guy and he still didn't die. Dammit, I might actually have to teach him now...No...it's going to end now. It's time I lay the smackdown down. Is that grammatically correct? "Smackdown down?" I think it is, that reminds me of when I was watching Smackdown and The Rock did the People's elbow. It was more like a Person's elbow, wouldn't the People's elbow be plural? I thought the guy was going to elbow him more than once. The Raikage had a stronger elbow than him anyway. Oh, that ****er owes me 200 kumi for that bet that I couldnt fit in a 2 Liter Sprite bottle. Just like the Raikage to not pay his debt, all of them are just the same, I hate his kind.

As I talk with this random voice, suddenly the earth under me drops. This sneaky son of a God tried to fight me while I was talking. Oh it on like Donkey Kong now. Speaking of which, I need to get my game out of Konoha, forgot it was still there.

As the earth stops descending, I figure out my gameplan and boy was it great. See, he couldn't see me and as far as I know, he isn't a sensor. All I have to do is merge with the earth and exit behind him and BANG BANG, it's over. Oh **** yeah, I'm a genius. Merging with the earth, I am able to sense his movements as he walks the earth hole. Idiot. Exiting 5 meters behind him, I can barely contain my excitement. I pull a bandana out of my pocket as I rise slowly, unbeknownst to him. Wrapping it around my face, I raise hands and put out two fingers and fire two extremely fast water bullets from my finger, piercing the man's skull as he peers into the hole, catching him off guard.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

As Ryu stands there waiting for his sensei to come back, he is completely oblivious that his sensei had already begun emerging from the ground 5 meters behind him, he suddenly hears a noise behind him(you releasing the water bullets, in the anime it makes a sound when released O_O) and immediately releases his Suiton chakra from his body, allowing him to turn himself into a water form

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

My analysis of the jutsu

hmm this is very useful defensive jutsu that basically creates a 360 degree barrier of water that protect you from incoming attacks. It is extremely fast as we've seen in the anime where Madara's Katon jutsu was about to hit Tsunade when Mei released the water from her mouth and the barrier almost instantly appeared around them to protect them from the fire. It is a streaming jutsu so you will have to concentrate on it while it is kept active however you wouldn't be able to perform other jutsus while doing that. It is also a very handy jutsu to use as a water source for other jutsus that require a water source because it creates quite a large source of water. The disadvantage to this is that even if you maintain the barrier, you can still be attacked from beneath because this only protects you from attacks above the surface. I would say overall its a very handy jutsu but should be used mainly for defending from large scale attacks because it also blocks your vision of your opponent while it is active.

With the barrier still in effect and knowing its just for defensive purposes, Ryu had a an idea that should come as a surprise to his sensei. Using the barrier as a water source, Ryu weaves the Dog->Horse->Monkey->Ram hand seals and creates a huge wold-like beast from the existing water source that he orders to smash his sensei with its paw

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

You see, I was hoping that you instead used that jutsu to defend instead of turning into water, making a more suitable defense as well as usin the last water S rank. If you had Water speciality, you could have made the barricade and then created a water dragon from it and used an earth jutsu as well to bind me or something, but this move will suffice. ^^

NOW, what have you learned about using water and earth together and about water in general?

Believe me I wanted to use it as a defense and combine it with the Dragon the same way Mei used it in the anime, I even typed that as my move but I realized I don't have water as my specialty yet so I would have had to perform 44 hand seals so I used this instead ~_~

hmm well I've learned that even though Water is weak to Earth, they can still be used together to create very formidable combinations when used in the right circumstances. Overall I've learned that because an element is weak to another, it doesn't mean they can't be used to your advantage

Also water was always my favorite element so I understood it fairly well when I started but now I understand how versatile it is and how well it can be combined with other elements. It has so many variations when it comes to size, shapes and even how many different forms it can take eg, water, oil, starch syrup etc. IMO water is the most versatile element because it can be combined with all the elements in some way except fire

No, that was good for me but you missed something. Water can be combined with fire greatly, hence steam release and making normal steam for cover. While the two don't have the most offensive of usages, it can still be used greatly together.

Yeah but I don't really like fire tbh and its just to create a diversion, now if I could burn the shit out of some1 with it then I would be all for it xd but I understand what you're saying and I saw you use it to your advantage in a battle test you're conducting when you sent the gunbai through the resulting steam when 2 jutsus collided O_O
