Itachi was stronger than Minato and as always been,it's not that he needs Izanami to win

remember minato is a master at sealing jutsu who knows what all he can seal for all we know he could seal itachi's chakra and itachi will never be able to get minato in a genjutsu itachi will lose before he knows it and beside if itachi could some how beat minato, minato could just use the death god seal then they both die.

Minato Owns Itachi I think this has been shown like 100 times. And You have no clue what Izinami does so stop fanboying you sound so dumb i feel like im watching michael scott in the office feeling embarassed for you.

Minato was always considered as the best kage ever. So i think Itachi vs Minato is not even a fight. Minato owns Itachi easily.
And these are the facts:
- He's beaten Tobi with ease. Something that Itachi probably couldn't.
- Kakashi knows the power of Itachi, at least his genjutsu, but he stated to Naruto that Minato is the best and that the only one who could possibly surpass him is naruto. Just by that, i think it means that for Kakashi, even if Itachi is great at genjutsu, he can't beat Minato with it, and for what he knows from Itachi, he can't.
- Minato also lacks of feats because we have only seen him once. How many battle have we seen where Itachi get involved?(so many). Its easy to say that he surpasses Minato when he is thousand times more present in the mangas than Minato, when he battled thousand times more than him.
- In the previous ninja war, it was said to all the ninjas not to even approach just because he's far more powerful than them. Something like that was not even stated about Itachi in this war. No one care who's Itachi.
- He became Hokage when there was many Uchiwa alive. People where afraid from the Uchiwa because of their genjutsu and other eyes abilities, but Minato was above them all.
We don't know what Minato really capable of and i think that if tomorrow we see something new and amasing concerning Minato, the opinion will directly change.
Its like after the death of Itachi. I think no one could have tell that Itachi is even close from Minato.
- But even with what we know from Minato, i still believe it's enough to rape Itachi. Just because of his speed, it makes the use of genjutsu useless because he can't follow him. Sasuke couldn't follow the Raikage who is slower than Minato.
All Itachis jutsu are useless because he can't touch him. No one can touch Minato who is the fastest ninja here. And Susanoo takes a lot of energy to maintain. Minato can finish him when he colapses.
Those who are saying that Izanami can create an event i think it's non sense, because if it was the case, Itachi could have beaten Tobi easily. The fact he didn't means that can't be possible(or that the jutsu has his limits).

Your point? My post had absolutely nothing to do with Minato, so why bring him up? Oh I know why, it must be because you're another Itachi fan who's insecure when someone doesn't agree with what's said about him.
The OP said izanami finally puts Itachi over Minato when there's zero evidence to support that. First of all we have no idea what it does and secondly it requires prep time meaning it can't be used in a fight unless it's already prepared, which completely nullifies this entire thread.
