I have to disagree. Not necessarily because Minato is any better than Itachi, or vice versa, but because we don't even know what izanami does, yet. Furthermore, it is likely false to assume that Minato only has FTG and rasengan at his disposal.

I hate versus threads particularly for this reason. We will never know the complete extent of the abilities of the vast majority of characters in the series, and yet every time that a new technique is revealed, various people make countless threads about how great the technique's user is. The bottom line is that both Itachi and Minato, and probably every other Naruto character has some sort of new ultimate jutsu that we don't know about yet. Therefore, izanami really doesn't change anything because both Minato and Negato have probably have techniques that can counter it.

U know "a jutsu that can change destiny" can theoretically win vs anyone , but ofc a technique like that will have its limits so we just have to wait and see what those are
