I don't think 20 players would work here yet, feasibly I think around 12 or so would be the limit.

20 games is def feasible, it just depends on the theme, game type, and the host as well. All the games I ever hosted were minimum 20 players.

I can't even list 8 players on this site I can regularly count on to play.

I am pretty confident I can get a 20 player game filled up if I hosted a game so yes I will keep it up ^^

The point I'm making is not to be pessimistic. But using what you asked me to use, the players are simply not around any longer to support 20 player games. Now, we could advertise and recruit, and maybe get a few players, but historically this does not work very well. And if we go around putting up 20 player games then they're going to stay in signups for like a month, which will do this community no favours. If we focus on smaller games and have them completed, then new players who join will see that games are being ran and they're active and are more likely to stick around. So rather than stretching the playerbase to its limits, it makes far more sense to run games within our means and hopefully grow from there. This game is a good start, but rushing it will only spell the end of any momentum we might gain from this.
