No offense to any of you but GOD NO. They've already overused FF7 WAY too much. They have like 4 or 5 games in the complete series, a movie (though its still good), novels, and even an anime. Don't you think thats a BIT overboard? I mean come on Square. Remake FF8 or 9 or 10. Hell, remake the first 6 for all I care. But PLEASE no more Cloud. He's a cool guy and pretty badass, but I think I've seen enough of him.

I do believe you meant Kick ass xD But yeah like if they put him in a different game, say the new FFXIII-2, as like a guest boss or something, that'd be cool. But I think his adventuring days are about over.

not when dissidia 012 comes out lmao. As far as im concerned, when i hear the name final fantasy, i think of cloud,zack,sephiroth then squall. Cloud IS the deity of final fantasy, he's way past the posterboy level. And they make these adaptions such as an anime and everything from ff7 because it was and is simply, THE BEST. I consider it to be the best game of all time. It delivered in every aspect and it has the best story in any game ive played, it was truely epic.

I take that back, the second best story, the best story ever, at least for me, has to be ff7 crisis core, the story of zack is just amazing.
