There are no feats which would indicate Ay as being faster than Gated Lee or Prime gated Gai. Doing well against a MS Sasuke is far inferior to doing well against Rinne Obito, and Edo/JJ Madara.

That is speed movement accompanied by power. No use in having power if none of our attacks hit the guy in question. In this case Kaguya overpowering several of Naruto clones and himself. Clones have equal speed to castor's.
