I personally feel that it should be Laxus fighting him. Lightning Vs sand man. Where as i think it will be that Erza shows some crazy new armour, Ajeel is gonna lose, the rest of the empire turn up and its an all out war that way.

Make me laugh seeing them all get sick like that though.

4/5, felt kinda short and Erza fighting Ajeel made it go from 5/5 to 4/5.

Now that i think about it, Gajeel vs Ajeel would've been kinda cool.

Good chapter, lots of explosions, and bisca and freed got their spotlight.Also how the hell did alvarez thought they can defeat ft with just 1 spriggan and his army?
Also azir vs erza?This doesnt sound right.For erza to fight this quicly and that to against azir?Isnt that natsu's job?

I loved it how Evergreen was so proud of Erza.
Juvia's reaction upon seing the Cannon Jupiter shooting was priceless I want to know how they got a hold of it.
Erza on the front line was rather too early but still ok. Im sure Hiro's got his reasons.
Gajeel looked so badass with that landing I forgot Natsu and Wendy were with him

The title of the next chapter seems promising, it gives the impression that the vanguard of the Alvarez Army will be joined by the main force already.

Good chapter, very "actioney" though there was no real fight other than lots of ships getting rekt it was enjoyable.

When that canon got scattered it brought back the nostalgia of days gone past, when FT was just a promise of greatness and now we are way deep into the story and with the highs and the lows that the years have given us it pains me somewhat to say FT will either be immortalized by this final arc or it will just be another unfulfilled promise that Japan threw into our face. I hope u make it Hiro.

Okay back to the chapter, I'm partial to the Jupiter-Azeel thing and how he got Erza in the mix taking out team flying dragon like that its cool for the nostalgia part but if there was no Jupiter scattering then really Erza n azeel have no connection, I was though for a second like damn Zoro got lost again and became a plague to azeel.

I'm a tad hyped for this fight but am a bit more interested in what n how the other spriggan will show when they join this party, not to mention the match ups.

Kicked off pretty quick. Guessing the remainder of the enemy will be coming from all corners. I highly doubt Erza will be a permanent opponent for Ajeel, I see Laxus jumping in pretty soon. Erza would usually take on higher ranked members If I'm not mistaken.

Azir is one of the 12 Shields .-. Currently the only people who can be said for sure that are higher than him are Acnologia, Zeref and August and I don't really see Erza taking one any of those three. I expected her to fight Diane though.

I mean within the ranks of the 12 Shields in terms of strength, I doubt they are all equal in that aspect.

And there's no reason to assume that he would be among the lower ranked ones. Azir is arrogant and war-mongering, so he just might have been flapping his mouth, but he still was pretty much mocking Serena's strength and the only one of which we can say that is potentially stronger than Azir, is August.

We know almost nothing about the other Shields, so you can't really say Azir is mediocre compared to the others at this moment.
