Yes, I don't disagree with that.

But, again Friendship motiv is common to shonen and these kinds of mangas (including OP, Bleach, Naruto), it's just that FT little overdo it with that.

The five senses are: Sight, Hearing, Taste, Smell and Touch. I don't know what I think of this chapter, but I got mixed feelings about it.

Chapter 404 is called 00:00. One of the most ominous FT chapter titles I've seen in a long time. To me, this will be the last chapter of Part 5: Extreme Pain, which Chapter 6 could be titled E.N.D. So much for Wendy's determination of getting to Warren to warn the continent about Face. Also, still no sight of Jellal, Meredy and the Oracion Seis. This is starting to feel pointless. And I know this could be awhile, but I know there will be something about Makarov and Lumen Histoire.

I honestly don't know what to rate this chapter. I do understand why so many people are mad with the chapter but to some extent, it was somewhat predictable. Mashima always pulls something like this at some point so I'm not suprised and even further on, it's not specific to mashima but to the shonen genre as a whole.

I did like the tension that was built up thorough the chapter though and the art was quite nice.

I think I will give it a 2.5 (out of 5) this week. Average at best and quite predictable for the erza "powerup".

I've been reading this manga since it was serialized in volume 20. If I hated it, I would have dropped it at chapter 322. ffs Darth stop acting like a child and grow up.

Now, I’m pretty cool with nakama power in general, but Erza’s situation was so extreme that it’s really stretching my suspension of disbelief that she managed to get up on her own. Even back in Tenrou, when Natsu was able to overcome the terror of Hades’ demons, it was because Lucy and the others were there with him. I think Lucy’s physical contact with him at that time played a large role in him being able to shake off his fear.
Whereas this time with Erza, her getting up from such a scenario wasn’t set up properly. I think if Mashima had tweaked the execution some, he could’ve made it easier to swallow.

Leave him, some people just can't understand that in order to be fan you don't have to be biased. And they can't understand what critism is, I'm really sad, because NB is full of these people.

Tisk Tisk, that plot shield is too damn strong & annoying at this point. But since its Erza atm I'll let it slide.

Even if Erza can stand, you think she's actually going to win? Kyouka is getting stronger every second and Erza is barely able to move. Kyouka is easily going to solo her next chapter thats why the next one is called "00:00", why else would they call it that? Too bad we didn't get to see more of Armadura Fairy. But seriously right now Kyouka is finally showing how OP she is, I guess thats why she's the leader. I'm hoping that either Jellal comes in and saves Erza or Erza at least loses and Kyouka "accidentally" lets her live or something.
