Bijuu is part of jin...in a way I assume, but even without the bijuu's ashura was considered to still be the body but only cuz of avatar I believe.

So I stand corrected, without plot (which genjutsu stops the eyes from winning easily) its tie.

Eyes have the immediate advantage but the body possess the power to grow stronger and beyond the eyes strength.

Fooled and out lived him, so yeah eyes for sure, just has waaay too much to offer.
The most powerful always loses cuz too many people are tied to that underdog shii, too generic if you ask me.
