Also there's are no statements that say Bijudama has a charge time. It's far to say
that they charge at the same speed. But it's clear that Amaterasu is faster once the Jutsu starts.

Demonic is right. Amaterasu is being overrated here. It's has a small amount of prep before it can be used. It's clearly shown nearly every time it's used.

Current Sasuke vs Bee? Then Sasuke will beat him pretty easily. Amateratsu is just too strong now in Sasuke's hands. There are many ways he can deliver it too. That and Susanoo just puts him above Bee. Bee issue here is that he will have to go into his 8tailed mode and that only makes him a bigger target. TBB from what I have seen won't do anything to Sasuke at least if hes using his final Susanoo.

No the don't. Sasuke's Ms Genjutsu and Susano'O activate quickly but Amaterasu has the slowest start-up speed. Since all the fanboys can't accept that, I'm going to go to the library one of the next few days and prove it since people need it spoon fed to them.

Everything you say if false. Sasuke activates th Eternal instantly, and makes a ring of flames. Which made Kabuto stop charging at them.

And there is a charge up time. Personally I think Sasuke wins cause he's way to ****ing OP. But Amatersu clearly has a charge up time. nagato announced it was being used before itachi even got to activate it.
