Experience with death

I've had many near death experiences. I am sick, chronically therefore I have to undergo many different operations and such so obviously there are complications more often than would be appreciated.
One that I remember vividly and isn't to explicit for this is back in July of 2010, I went through a standard surgery, however I ended up waking up, smelling my own flesh, burning and I ended up starting to choke on a tube that had been implanted. For whatever reason, this one stands out to me I think partially because of the look on the doctor's face just seemed so hopeless, and this was probably one of the very few times that I remember literally fighting to live.
