Alright, Kirin requires a lil bit more explanation.
Alright first of all, Kirin needs to take place over the course of two turns. In the first turn you create the appropriate weather conditions (assuming they're not already set for you) with the Great Dragon Fire technique or anotehr fire technique of B-ranked equivalent or higher in the sky. THat's the first turn.
The second move is when you use Chidori and then Kirin. In total it's three techniques over the course of two turns. However, you have to tred carefully, once you create the appropriate conditions, anybody can use them to their advantage even your opponent. So you may set the weather conditions, and in your opponent's next move htey can use Chidori and Kirin on you. Pretty sneaky and dirty but completely legal
