Youre the one whos ideas are completely wrong. If intelligence=being above, then juubito would never have been able to fodderize hokages and co. Its an example, the moral is if naruto gets sages power but sasuke doesnt, he'll get fodderized no diff even if sasuke is smarter.

naruto isnt book smart, but he can anaylze in battle pretty well. However he is still a kid and still makes goof ups(for plots sake more or less) This was one of them.
