..he is still lower than Sasuke. Why? Cause Sasuke is SMART. When Naruto got his BM power-up, I expected him to grow in terms of maturity as well, but he keeps on getting stronger in terms of jutsu but he's still a dumb whining guy. What's worse is that he can't learn from others' lectures. For example, during the fight with edo Nagato, Itachi told Naruto to keep calms and analyze the situation instead of worrying, the exactly same thing Sasuke told him in the recent chapter. OMG, I'm a Naruto fan, But honestly, if he just wants to become a great Sage with the same stupidity as always, then damn him. So, Sasuke will always be above Naruto even if he becomes a Sage
