How so, Jinchuuriki are using the Bijuu against their will just like a someone using a sharingan only difference is that the sharingan doesn't steal their chakra

Riding ontop of a Bijuu which is being controlled due to ones Sharingan and Transforming into a Bijuuu are two completely different methods of utilizing the Bijuu's Chakra.
