Even if Edo Madara was not Edo, he'd still beat Hashirama

Since he has Hashirama DNA and can use all of Hashirama's techniques now plus has the same lifeforce + has copied all of Hashirama's skills with Sharingan(like what Sasuke did to Lee or what Kakashi did to Zabuza), he is basically Hashirama + Rinnegan + Sharingan. On top of being just as strong as Hashirama and having all the same abilities and skills, he can see what Hashirama does before he does it and do Rinnegan/Sharingan moves. Madara is currently Hashirama + Uchiha skills + Rinnegan, while Hashirama is just Hashirama.

madara has to stick a gedo mazo tube in his ass, he was old as shit when he had rinnegan and all hashirama had to do was remove the tube from his butt and then hashirama wins

If you want to argue symantics. I would say that in the top left panel the "can" was a conditionally used precursor to the statement made in the next panel. (i.e. he can stop me, but he is not here. So he won't stop me).

But, i'll agree with you. It can't be proven either way. All we can say for certain, is that Madara thought it was possible for Hashirama to beat him.

EMS Madara AND the Kyuubi.
That adds a whole different level of difficulty to the battle, it even says on that scan that Kurama is too powerful, not Madara.
It also never shows if that's after his fight with Madara, he doesn't only encounter Kurama once so that's not any kind of proof really.


Hashirama has healing techniques similar to Tsunades regen technique, except that it doesn't murder his chakra.
Madara can't handle that.

no perfect susano is what pushed hashirama to his limit, not madaras other techs. madaras mokuton wouldnt even make hashirama consider to use his full power. neither would his rinnegan as madara stated himself that it couldnt compare to his ems. now madaras only tech that can threaten hashirama is perfect susano and that has gotten beaten by hashirama in canon.

The rinngean whether it compares to his EMS or not is a moot point. Petra path and Deva path along with other paths make a hell lot of difference in a fight. Also, you can't say for sure that it was PS as we don't have any details on the fight at all. Zero.
