Destroying trees does not mean it cuts it. It basically blows the thing up. Yet Sasuke refines it to a sword. Amaterasu generally burns things. Yet sasuke refines it to a sword, spike etc. Don't know why that's so hard for you to understand.

Lightning is generally discharged quicker and strong and infused with chakra. Hence why it knocks down trees and shit irl whereas fire doesn't.

Sasuke can clearly manipulate and refine his lightning style a lot more. Flames just work differently by nature. They devour and spread.

Other than that, Sasuke uses seals to discharge that so-called lightning, which is a lot slower than the slowest forked lighting (if the seals are counted). I was simply telling you that your examples and flipflopping between real life happenings and NV techs makes no sense. That is all.

That isn't true, chakra doesnt have mass unless you build up alot a compress it. Fire style jutsu has no mass you just get burned not pushed backed or blasted. Nagato just stated that because thats what happen prior to using any fire style technique and he could see it with his rinnegan. Once any fire style jutsu is used it comes out like air or wind which has no mass

Raiton doesn't naturally pierce through things anyways. Kakashi mentioned how channeling Raiton chakra into his chakra papers causes it to crumble, so one requires shape manipulation in order to solidify it and have it slice through things. It's literally the same with Enton Kagutsuchi.

I don't know how people are denying this and claiming that Raiton and Katon are different when both aren't originally designed to slice through objects, but when manipulated, they can.

The force it places on an object is dependent on its mass.

Either way, Katon is not gravity, so I'm not sure why you're mentioning it.
