One incident has MS, while the other has EMS. Not sure if it makes a difference though.

One incident has ms and still new to both eyes and susanoo.
One incident has experienced in spaming and spaming in multi occasion.
Tbh even ms can be as good as ems, just less durability, but the experience play more part in this matter.

Ay has a pretty durable body, his arm, mass and all was still in tact upon being effect by Ama, not to mention Sasuke's chidori didn't even peirce through him despite breaking through his raiton, and by feats of peircing, chidori> kagutsuchi

Kagutsuchi is more effective because it's flames enable it to burn through the Raiton Armor and negate it completely.

Chidori cannot do that as the majority of it's force was centered around penetrating through Ei's Raiton Armor which doesn't apply to Enton.

whether its MS or EMS doesnt matter as enton is enton. once shaped it cuts through and sasuke did shape them against the raikage, proficiency doesnt change that.

amaterasu already burned through his armour and got to his hand, he had to cut it off. those spikes are worse as below them are flames so he would have been pierced as well as burned through. in that sense it would be more lethal than chidori

I guess, physically, it would have to be that he's compressing the air or something around the flames, so that it would have mass. I guess Enton is technically a space jutsu...? Or well, I guess it's the same principle as Rasengan, in that he's shaping the chakra. And chakra can form mass, so...?

Ays limb being pierced wouldn't have stopped the forced of his kick. His arm was fully in tact and functional upon being effected by ama, and not burned through near as quick as most people claim ama can burn. most likely his ration would have lessened the blow or he would have gotten pierced, with the force of his leg still coming down.

Naruto's Kyuubi and Rikudou Enhanced Rasengan possesses more potent chakra than Raikage's Raiton Armor, so Sasuke's Weakened Enton being unable to penetrate through Naruto's Rasengan makes sense. With Raikage, Enton burned through his armor easily, so we know that Enton Kagutsuchi instantly burns through the armor and instantly focuses all of its pressure on Raikage.

I'm not even going to address the cloak instant as Sasuke was severely weakened and could hardly even use his Rinnegan, so he couldn't properly focus the flames.
