Eh, I generally like Japanese voices better but sometimes they sound like they're putting a bit too much effort in simply speaking, like they have really bad microphones or something :| Some voices don't seem fitting however, some are annoying.
English voices on the other hand sound less natural since the language kind of clashes with their names and such. Also sometimes the emotions sound fake, and they also use the same VAs for many characters, and they sometimes sound like they want to get all their voicing jobs done as quick as possible and go home :|
So in short, I can watch either. But I find that English VAs sound the best in "normal" conversations while Japanese are often deeper and manlier (for guys anyway) and I like manly voices =D
