English or Japanese voices?

I personally prefer Japanese to English(Although I can't understand it). It just sounds better IMO. However, Gaara's voice both English and Japanese is badass U_U

Depends on which characters are being voiced. I feel like some English voices fit the character better while some Japanese voices fit the character better.

Japanese no diff . Personally I feel like English duds devalue most series when not done right , it makes them corny & i loose the feels that the Japanese voice brings to the anime.

Also , most of the time the voices don't fit the character.

When I first heard the One Piece English Dub, I dropped the anime as a whole and stuck to the manga U_U. That shit was literally so annoying.

English has the potential to be just as good or better than Japanese. But instead they choose voice actors who just dont make the characters sound and talk like a real person. The voice actors typically cant convey the emotion their character is feeling either.

So english is worse by 2 qualities
1. Bad at conveying the emotion of the moment. Voices sound like they are forced and constipated instead of just like someone talking/yelling/whatever.

2. Voices dont match very well.

This is a generalization. Some voice actors are great some are not.

Depends on the anime. Usually the really popular animes I have sucky dubbing (besides DBZ, DBZ english > japanese)

But some good ones for me are
School Rumble (the best)
Baka and Test
Highschool of the Dead
Sekirei
Fairy Tail isn't too bad.

Bakuman is probably the worst of all time for me..Shippuden is close second, and we're not gonna even discuss the 4kids translation of One Piece...
...basically all them animes that are on netflix have good dubs
