[VS] Enel vs. Sanji

[MartinRico]

It's funny because Enel has the best Observation Haki we've seen so far in the series. No one has reached his country-level Observation Haki scale.

OT: Sanji wins mid diff. If Enel can hit him with his attacks, Sanji would take damage, but Sanji's speed and strength are far above Enel's. Sanji could strike Enel once and defeat him.

Pretty much this.

Except it would be low diff. Enel isn't hitting sanji with anything and one Diable Jambe right to the face would break that glass jaw instantly.

TBH, if Enel drops a Raigou, Sanji is dead. And it doesn't take that long to make it, and it's not like Sanji can diffuse it like Luffy did.

[saw2097]

It would be interesting to see such a fight, it would really show us how far Sanji has progressed.

Really there are a lot of similar fights that could show us how far the Straw Hats have progressed.

Current Sanji would win.

[Valhalla]

But the thing is Enel Has probably just as much if not more then Sanji and with that Op devil fruit I give it Enel

We have no way of knowing if he has improved and if he has by how much, so we are just comparing to the Enel we saw in his arc.

Its like comparing modern Luffy to Crocodile, we compare to the state we last saw him at.

He doesn't need to.

Luffy didn't win because he was made out of rubber, he won because Enel was a weakling who relied on his overpowered fruit too much. Pirates like that get dealt with in the NW like fodder. Caribou can confirm.

If Luffy without gears can kick Enel's ass in hand to hand combat, then Enel can already start preparing for a foot up his ass from Sanji.

His speed would be nonexistent against Sanji. Enel was as fast as a pregears luffy, so he isn't keeping up with Sanji now. If he was reintroduced he would be most likely be faster, but for now he's slow. Most people like to think he's faster than he is, because of his DF, but he was slow. His CoO was great that he could sense people in a large area, but he was still able to be tagged by a pregears luffy, so it wasn't that great in a fight that he would be able to avoid Sanji, who has CoO of his own.
Now if Enel could attack Sanji with Raigou, then that would probably take him out, but I don't see him being fast enough to release it.

Luffy did win because he was rubber. If Luffy was normal flesh, several of Enel's attacks would have killed him, the very first El Thor would have defeated him. Not to mention he'd have been unable to strike Enel anyways. Besides, that has nothing to do with the point of that post, Raigou can kill Sanji.

That's true, but it's depending on how they start. OP said Enel in his prime, so I'm assuming that includes the Arc Maxim. So, Sanji would have to fly to Enel, and Enel could create a Raigou and have it drop. Sanji would get to him, and knock him out cold in one shot, but if the Raigou has already been dropped, there's nothing Sanji can do about it. Do not get me wrong, I understand fully that there's a very, very small possibility of Enel getting to the point where he can drop a Raigou.

If you think Luffy won of Enel because he was made out of rubber, you're just as dumb as Enel.

Luffy did win because he was rubber thou... Luffy wouldn't able to hit Enel or tanks his lightning attacks if he wasn't made out of rubber

I'm sorry, what made Luffy able to hit Enel and survive attacks that would have killed him? Luffy had the strength, speed and combat ability sufficient to take on Enel, yes, he was a better fighter. But that would have meant nothing if he wasn't rubber.

Damn dude, I pity you.

Just because the rubber enabled him to land a punch and became immune to his attacks. It is still not the reason why Luffy won. Oda obviously was going elsewhere with the bigger picture and the moral of that arc.

Maybe if you reread in another 5 years you will get it.

Okay. Please, tell me what would have happened if a rubberless Luffy, with the same speed and strength, fought Enel.

Doesn't matter. That was Skypiea Luffy. Enies Lobby Kalifa could react to lightning at point blank range. Any character Kalifa level or above in terms of speed will dodge it easy. Enel even with observation couldn't even bodily react to Skypiea Luffy's riffle. Current Sanji will stomp him immune from his lightning or not. He won't even react to his sky walk move and in close range, Enel won't stand a chance

That's under the assumption that Nami's lightning is on the same level as Enel's by that time, which is pretty foolish to think. Besides, I don't know why you're talking to me like I didn't say above that Sanji can blitz and knock Enel out in one move. Christ, it's like hypothetical statements, even when the person saying them says they have little to no chance of happening, set some of you off like freaks.

[A v i]

If you think Luffy won of Enel because he was made out of rubber, you're just as dumb as Enel.

The first hit landed on Luffy by Enel would have been the end of Enel VS Luffy if it isn't for Luffy being rubber. Even the tactics involved when Luffy landed blows on Enel heavily relies on his rubber properties. Sure we all know that Luffy's battle sense and combat skills played a role and no one is stupid enough to overlook that fact. Luffy won mainly because of his rubber properties which is something you can't deny no matter what.

He doesn't need to.

Ace and Luffy are barely different from Enel when they fought against Blackbeard. They're certainly not weak in general. Enel isn't weak it's just that certain traits of him aren't that great as he never bothered with focusing on them thanks to his devils fruit. You need to be skilled enough and train yourself to master DF. Enel proved himself to be a capable individual.

Sorry but you're utterly wrong if you think Sanji can beat Enel as easily as Luffy did. Unlike Luffy Sanji can't resist Enel's attacks so he'll have to go through the trouble of tanking them. Thanks to his rubber properties Luffy managed to land blows on Enel by confusing him which is not going to happen with Sanji.

Lol different speeds of lightning ?

Yea I'm pretty sure Nami uses lightning of the extra slow kind.

I also hate it when I plug something in at home and have to wait for the electricity to come out.

Damn you slow lightning !

But who cares, everybody in One Piece moves at mach 100, so lightning is just a joke right ?

[Izou Xaxa]

Enel still wins

So, let me get this straight. You think all lightning is gonna be the same speed in the OP world. Which means that anyone Kalifa level and above can react to and dodge something moving at lightning speed, which is almost 4,000 miles per second. But, then you doubt in the Speed of Sound thread that there are character capable of surpassing the speed of sound, which is by comparison a measly 761 miles per hour?

First of all don't try to shove one of your dumb dumbs off on me.

How stupid of me that I never thought about that lightning travels in different speeds in the OP world. How could I forget. Also I'm not the one saying you can dodge it without certain abilities (CoO for instance) you're putting those words in my mouth. Third, I might give you breaking the speed of sound, but in another thread you were talking about mach 100, which is 100 times the speed of sound.

Yea I know right, I must be the stupid one. It's pretty sad how you can make a fool of yourself in 2 threads with just a couple of posts. Maybe the electricity in your brain is slower than usual.

Save the dumb gifs for yourself, it's extra cringeworthy when they're not used right.
