Overall CQC ability. 2-3 slashes of Sasuke's PS blade took out 1 of Naruto's Tails. Subtract Hagoromo's power and you have EMS Sasuke's PS=BSM Naruto's Kurama Avatar in strength, speed, and durability. Subtract Sage Mode and you have PS>Naruto's Kurama Avatar in speed, strength, and durability.

-Thus when it comes to CQC, PS is superior. Naruto's tails get taken out one by one in 1-2 slashes. Standard Bijuu Dama is tanked with no damage. Continuous Bijuu Dama can be evaded via flight (ALL PS can fly as the Databook has now stated, and Sasuke's Avatar=Sage Kurama Avatar in speed) or they can be tanked by PS wrapping it's wings around the main body.

Sasuke just hacks away at Naruto until his Avatar goes down.

Another thing to note is the Enton Sasuke can use to further his PS's penetrative capabilities. And BM Naruto cannot fly like Sasuke's PS can, so he can stay above Naruto's avatar and use gravity towards his advantage while making Naruto's situation disadvantageous. Sasuke high diffs, maybe even mid-high diff since there's literally no way for him to lose.

Nope, because he was shown to have been handed chakra, without a cloak. Sasuke only got the cloak, and then it was destroyed when he took Juubito's attack.
