Hmm, I guess. Reactions play a big part in striking speed but yeah, I guess his striking speed did increase since his hands were able to keep up with his reactions, although I'm not sure if Itachi's striking speed is all that great.

sasuke would counter the feint with an enton, killing the clone. as for the barrage, sasuke can just fly away from it. using that much chakra would take a toll on naruto and he would be an easy kill from then on.
You obviously don't know what a clone feint is he won't know till it's too late people like pain with shared vision, kakuzu, kyuubi e.t.c have been fooled and sasuke obviously can't fly and it's not going to tire naruto out where do you get that? And if summons are not restricted this is going to be very bad for sasuke.
well considering the clone looks like a FRS sasuke will try to counter with enton. the only reason naruto got pain, is because preta path was patiently waiting for the FRS. naruto won't be so lucky with sasuke. considering naruto doesn't have Ma and PA and he has no prep time for clones, his Sage mode time is limited. that being said he won't be able to maintain SM. no SM= no rasenshuriken, and no massive clone barrage.
There is a diff btw hengee and clone feint and naruto not only got preta but also hell realm, clones doesn't need prep, he can re-enter sm in seconds, sasuke only has rig cage susano with hands which can't use magamata and enton is so slow it can't touch sm naruto not from in the air. Ma and pa may be restricted but he still has 4 other boss summons. The susano sasuke is allowed here is the one he used against the raikage before gaara interfere.
