And Minato can simply make clones who have more kunais.

Minato's chakra is hilariously superior to Sasuke's and using a KB is nowhere near as taxing as Amaterasu.

I agree that EMS Sasuke > KM Minato
but the bold is garbage he clearly has the best reaction time in the battlefield at this point.

Juubito has the best reaction time in the manga as he sensed and dodged amaterasu.
Raikage also dodged amaterasu but there is a lot of difference between MS sasuke using amaterasu and EMS Sasuke using amaterasu, EMS sasuke is better at it.

EMS has better observation skills than MS, it was proven against Kabuto, as the Sharingan's precog ability is rooted in observation, it does indeed have better precognition than MS.
