EMS was the power up that allowed Madara to become on equal footing with Hashirama, do you really think that this is all that there is? The release from fatigue?
Also, we haven't seen whether Sasuke's genjutsu improved, what his Complete Susanoo's durability& list of techs., or if there is another jutsu gained from achieving EMS.
Again, compared to Naruto who we have seen plenty of feats from we have seen next to nothing from Sasuke.

As Kurama said Naruto can mach His chakra to anybody not just transfer it but mach it to thats persons need. This includes mating the amount in a jutsu in a collaboration so it doesn't over power the other guys jutsu.

Yes he'll probably get it since he is the only one besides Madara to have EMS but we still have no proof and u can't compare them based on that...

As much as we have seen Till now Sasuke is no match for Naruto...If u want to add PS for Sasuke them I'll give a new mode that make's Naruto to use both sage mode and BM together and stomps Sasuke with his new power and Minato wil give other half of Kyubi to Naruto and he'll stomp Sasuke..............

The 3 Toads can be easily turn into ash with Amaterasu or Blaze Release.
^Here is the Toads having so much trouble with Pain dogs forget about Beaked Bird summoning.
^While Amaterasu easily destroyed Pain dogs and Beaked Bird summoning and Sasuke Amaterasu is superior to Itachi's in every way.

I think that's the idea, EMS is Sasuke's equivalent to KCM, however I doubt we will ever get confirmation as I think both of them have yet to receive their final upgrade and who is stronger probably won't be an issue until much later on.

Question: Have you seen Sasuke physically exert his himself once since entering the battlefield?
All the techniques that Sasuke is currently pulling out are feats he could have accomplished in MS with about a week of training.
We have seen Naruto go all out already so if Sasuke is holding back of course Naruto would appear stronger

As we have already knw Naruto can enter SM with in fraction of seconds proved by 3rd Rikage vs Naruto
Which Obviously mean that he can summon Ma & Pa....
Naruto had min knwldge on MS abilities like Tsukiyomi and Amatarasu on the other hand Sasuke had no Idea about SM..
Let me remind u that MS Sasuke can only maintain Susanoo for very less amount of time due to side effects of MS

Naruto's counters for Sasuke's MS abilities:
Taijutsu:
Naruto stomps
Genjutsu: Sasuke's is a skilled as Itachi but he is still a highly skilled Uchiha so there is a chance for Genjutsu and Ma and Pa helps Naruto
Amatarasu: as U already complemented Naruto is the best sensor and frog kumt make's him sence danger and can dodge the attack simply at point blank range: proved by Naruto's clone during the fight with 3rd Rikage
Susanoo arw: Same as Amatarasu if u want more proof abt SM speed look at Naruto's first attack on Pain ,even Half dead danzo able to dodge that attack with Min damage and Kakashi's speed is nowhere near SM Naruto.......
Kenjutsu: Look at Pain's Kunai
Sasuke wil be weaken after usng above Jutsu that I have mention and he can't use Susanoo any more .......
If there is no Susanoo ....Sasuke wil die with single punch close range combat and attacks are useless against SM.......
Last but not the least Frog song : Sasuke had no counter for Sound genjutsu ..Manga fact....
Naruto dnt need FRS or 3 big toads to beat Sasuke....in worst case Naruto wil use FRS to kill Sasuke if he really want to kill him...
