but when itachi said inextinguishable light, he was refering that unlike MS EMS never goes blind

And with inzangi its not that the user goes blind, the user eye completely shuts, like danzos and tobi's eyes

So even if EMS never goes blind, with Inzangi your whole eye gets shut and closed for good

Good thread. I think the Izanagi has more to it than just needing Sharingan though. What with the whole needing Senju blood etc.

Theoretically a plausability. Not gonna happen due to story no-jutsu but still. If Sasuke had Senju blood & EMS, I'd be tempted to say yes.

Regarding Tobi. Too much is clouded over regarding what Tobi does. Also, He stores Sharingan. Maybe cause he uses Izanagi and wastes em.

Point is, we can speculate and such but won't know for cert.

Other than the EMS user getting a new doujutsu and can spam ms abilities,I found out something interesting about ems.When itachi was talking to sasuke during there battle ,he said that EMS user have an inextinguishable light seperated from permenant mangeko sharingan.
Inextinguishable mean it will be difficult or imposible to extinguish

We know that inzanagi is an forbidden jutsu to the uchiha.We also know that only few people ever reach EMS leve ( sasuke and madara) .This mean the technique is forbiden to uchiha that contain MS and base sharingan.Since itachi said EMS is inextinguishable ,that mean if the uchiha use inzangi he will not go blind because it will be impossible to extinguish or make the user go blind.

Okay i know u guy will say that Tobi use inzanagi and went blind again Konan.However he use inzanagi with his base sharingan and not his MS or EMS.We never seen tobi with his MS or EMS rite?.Also he use senju blood to acomplish that technique.

Another thing i know u will say that sasuke cannot use inzangi for whatever reason but inzangi was introduce by danzo during when he fight sasuke.Sasuke already knew inzangi when the fight began.

It's a good theory, but the user (I guess you talk about Sasuke) must have some Senju DNA... We might see that if one of those things happen:
-Sasuke gains Senju DNA
-Tobi acquires EMS
-Uchiha Madara switches to EMS and shows us it's potential...

true,but EMS Is rare as i said before and only madara and currently sasuke know about it no one else except for the first hokage but that was during battle.Anyway little been known about EMS

Don't think so. Madara had the EMS when he fought the Shodai Hokage. After which, he obtained Hashirama's power. If this is true and assuming he didn't die with his battle with Hashirama, then he should have used Izanagi to live forever/indefinitely. Madara died though.

Madara actually died, and Itachi was refering to Tobi, and Tsunade and Raikage A, actually said that he uses Hashirama's cells to stay like that.
