# 3- (Raiton: Kirin) - Lightning Release: Kirin- This jutsu effectiveness went down on account of how long the time frame is for the preparation of this jutsu. Still more effective than a variant.
# 4- (Raiton: Raikiri Nibai Raikou Jishin) – Lightning Release: Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake- This takes number 4 because of the fact that a simple A rank wind jutsu that's not wide range won't stop you.
# 5- ( Raiton: Raikiri Nirentotsu ) - Lightning Cutter Two Sequential Crashes- This technique is effective but easily blocked by a C rank Jutsu in the earth department.
