Well having read through the pages that I missed overnight, I have to agree with some of them that it makes no sense that Minato, who was known for his sealing jutsu, wouldn't have a D or C-rank seal to seal up Deidara besides Dead Demon.

However, if we assume that he does not have simple sealing techniques that fodder ninja are shown to have in the manga () then he would just have to bring along some pre-made sealing tags made by someone else.

Then all he has to do is get Deidara with the tag. And as discussed before, he could do this at the very beginning of the battle and end it quickly OR if Deidara somehow manages to get on his flying bird while Minato sits by and watches then he'd have to throw a kunai, FTG, catch and throw Kunai, FTG, etc to get to him.

Or better yet - just summon some toads for some long range attacks to get Deidara off the bird.

If the bird blows? teleport away, then teleport back and seal Deidara as he regenerates

This is the only thing Deidara has got on him - agreed. However I don't think Minato would let the battle progress that far. But yea, if he did this he'd get minato because Minato has no way of seeing the nano bombs.

Also his emotions can gett the better of him making him less strategic durring the fight.
Minato knows seals (fūinjutsu)and is the only way to defeat edo deidara is a sealing tech.
and in the movie the lost tower minato also had a variation of lighting chakra which will disable or of diedara's attacks

honestly minato's jus gonna win cause hes smarter than deidara, he beat tobi an im sure todi would demolish deidara. i think this is a stupid thread to put the forth agianst deidara he couldnt even beat sauske, i dont see y every1 keeps underestimating him. even if deidara use all his explosives at once see how deidara would have to b flying to have a chance an minato would probably b chasing him he'd probably have a kunai or seal some where far bak to retreat to espeacially once he see's how deidara fights. deidara a hot headed idoit an minato's cool calm an collected an smart

y does every1 keep goin bak to his fight wit gaara? gaara would of won but he had to protect the sand village, if deidara didnt try to blow up the city he wouldnt of won. if that fight was jus them two he would of lost smh. deidaras really not that good an really not that smart the way i see it hell come close to hittin minato wit like 2 explosive b4 mintao has seals all over the place an does that yellow flash shit away from the other explosive till deidara runs outta clay or somethin, deidaras to stupid to win
